【摘要】 网络道德是二十一世纪的新道德，网络道德教育越来越受到应有的关注和重视。面对新形势，本文认真分析了网络道德教育工作在教育目标、教育信息、教育载体、教育客体与教育主体等方面的新的特点，较为深入地探讨了新世纪加强网络道德教育的现实意义。在此基础上阐明了主动构建新世纪网络道德规范应遵循的方针原则，并创造性地提出了“崇尚科学，追求真理”、“笃实诚信，友善交流”、“文明上网，自尊自律”、“不做黑客，维护网序”、“尊重知识，尊重隐私”、“无害他人，奉献社会”等网络道德行为规范的基本要求。最后，从“软”“硬”兼施，“疏”“堵”并举，“虚”“实”结合，“上”“下”相伴，“内”“外”相连，“教”“学”相长等几个方面，较为详尽地阐述了新世纪网络道德教育的实践方略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Content: The network ethics is a new ethic in the new millennium. Network ethical education is attached more and more importance. Facing to the new situation, this thesis paper analyses the characteristics of network ethical education seriously. It further explores the immediate significance If strengthening the network ethical education. On this basis. It proposes the policies and principles by which the construction of network ethical standards should abide .And it further provides the fundamental requirement of the behavior standard about network ethics .Finally, it discusses the practical strategies of the network ethical education from the following perspectives :the usage of soft and hard method, the employment of guiding and blocking way, the connection of unreal and real world, the combination of education inside the network and outside the network, the combination of education at home and abroad ,the mutual increase of teaching and learning.更多还原
