【摘要】 2000年教育部陈至立部长提出：要抓住机遇，在中小学大力普及信息技术教育，不失时机地大力推进教育现代化进程，以信息化带动教育现代化。随着科学技术的迅猛发展，面对瞬息万变的信息社会，教育信息化已成为当今国际教育发展的主流。加快教育信息化建设是实现教育现代化的需要，也是贯彻落实全教会精神，深化教育改革，全面推进素质教育的需要。同时，现代信息技术的发展给教育带来了严峻的挑战和难得的机遇，教育信息化已成为下世纪教育发展的制高点，努力加快教育信息化建设的步伐，才能适应时代的需求。如何构建功能强大、结构合理的教学平台，正是教育信息化目前需要考虑和解决的重要问题。本文尝试着将教育技术、教育信息化和研究性学习平台的开发结合起来，根据目前研究性学习平台发展的现状和要求，对通用的网络研究性学习支持平台进行研究和探索。通过对目前国内的研究性平台的进行研究和分析，指出了目前研究性学习平台中普遍存在的问题，并运用计算机网络技术和软件工程开发方法，对研究性学习平台的设计与实现进行了探讨和研究。并在结合实际应用的基础上，探讨了研究性学习平台的基本特征，设计和实现了一个基于Web的研究性学习平台。该平台提供了完整的研究性教学环境，学生可通过网络完成整个的学习过程，包括注册，上课学习，交流讨论，答疑解惑，批、交作业和练习等一系列学习活动；教师则可以方便地在网上进行在线管理学生、发布信息和考核，解决了目前研究性学习平台中存在的问题，为研究性学习的开展和研究性学习平台的开发提供了新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Content: In 2000, Zhili Chen, the minister of Chinese Education Ministry, pointed out that we must take hold of advantage chances to popularize IT education in primary schools and in middle schools and promote Education Modernization by means of Information. With the quick development of science and technology, IT in education has turned into the most inportment cite of international education. IT in education is the needs of Education Modernization, currying out meeting spirit, deeping ducation innovation and quality education. The development of modern information technology brings austere challenge and uncommon opportunity. The quicken of IT in education can accommodate the needs of epoch. IT in education has become the crest of education in next century. My thesis attemps to associate Education Technology and IT in education with design of project learning platform and bases actuality and needs of project learning. It is urgent to construct a powerful and reasonable project learning system. The paper introduces the research and development of a general project learning platform based on the current situation and request of project learning. With the analyzes and studys of project learning platform, pointing out lacks and problems, and exercise the computer web technology and software engineering technology, studying the project learning platform. Project learning platform’ s essential characters is investigated and a web-based general project learning platform is designed and implemented according to a practical curricular , which supply a perfect remote learning environment, through which the students can fulfill the course, including registering, studying, communicating, submitting the assignment, taking the examination and etc. At the mean time the teachers can manage student, publish news and test the students online. The problems of project learning platform were solved and the new thoughtfulness was offered.更多还原
