论思想政治工作在社会稳定中的作用

【摘要】 本论文以十六大的精神为指导，研究社会稳定的有关问题。联系我国当前的实际情况，不仅论述了社会稳定的重要性以及转型时期影响我国社会稳定的因素，并进一步探讨了思想政治工作在维护社会稳定过程中的重要作用以及在消除不稳定因素、构建社会稳定环境的一些方法途径。 本文共分为四个部分。第一部分首先论述了社会稳定的本质，指出社会稳定是人类社会历史发展进程中的一个动态的相对平衡的状态，是相对于社会不安定、社会秩序混乱动荡的一种社会稳定状态，它包括政治稳定、经济稳定、社会生产生活秩序稳定，以及人们的思想情绪稳定和社会心态的稳定。其次论述了社会稳定的意义。社会稳定不仅关系到党、国家和民族的前途命运而且关系到世界稳定，社会稳定更是我们全面建设小康社会的应有之义。 第二部分从思想根源着手，论述了当前对社会稳定影响比较突出的若干思想、心理因素：利益分配不公引发的不公平感；失业和就业问题引发的失落感；权力腐败现象造成的对党员干部的不满；急剧变动带来的社会焦虑；道德失范带来的道德意识的失落；政治认同的丧失和政治信仰的淡化；地方主义的滋生；宗教问题和民族问题相互交织引起的不安定因素；阴魂不散的邪教问题；西方国家对中国的“分化”和“西化”的影响。 第三部分指出思想政治工作在维护社会稳定中具有导向和保证作用，具体表现在培养人们共同的意识形态，促进政治社会化，增强社会凝聚力，协调人们之间的利益矛盾，调整人们的心理状态，反对腐败，实现有效的社会整合以及树立正确的道德观等方面。 第四部分着重论述了思想政治工作要想有效发挥其在维护社会稳定中的作用，一方面要坚持“唱响主旋律”，弹好老调调；另一方面必须结合时代特点，“区别不同情况”，“创新和改进”思想政治工作的内容及方法。在具体实际工作中首要的是深入扎实地进行思想政治教育，如加强马克思主义宣传、理想信念教育、反腐倡廉教育、史实教育、社会稳定教育等。其次是要探索思想政治工作的新规律和方法，探索思想政治工作新机制等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Combing the sixteenth congress, the essay focuses on the social stability. It concerns ours country’s current practical situations. This essay not only discusses the importance of social stability and factors on the transformation period, but also discusses the major ?function for ideological and political work to maintain political stability, and further decrease unstable factors in order to make up some methods to build a stable and safe social environment.This essay consists of four parts. The first part firstly discusses the nature of social stability, which is an active and relative balance stage for the development of human history, and is also a kind of social stability concerning unstable, disordered social. Social stability is composed of political, economic, social life stability and ideological one. Secondly it gives its instruction, which relates the future and fortune of the Communist Party, nation and our country, even the whole world. It is also an essential factor for the welfare society.The second part majorly discusses some ideological and psychological factors relating the stability: unfair feeling from impartial benefits distribution; confused attitudes towards unemployment and employment; unsatisfied with the communist members in view ofcorruption; social anxious from grant change; the lost of moral conscious; the lost and descreation of political agreement and belief; the rise of regionalism by the difference of area development; unstable factors caused by religion and national issues; sorcery religion; the influence of western countries’ evolvement of our country.The third part points out that we must lay more importance to ideology and politics to effectively maintain social stability These works mainly display to educate the common ideology, develop political socialism, enhance the cohesive force realize, the social integration and establish the morality.The fourth part discusses the importance of ideological and political work, and effectively bring its function into full play. On the one hand, maintain the old good ways. On the other hand, in relation with the current social charactristic deal with the matters with relative different methods and improve its work contents.
