网络化农业信息管理系统的构建与实现

【摘要】 农业信息管理系统是农业信息化和现代化的基础性工程。本研究综合农学、生态学、统计学以及计算机科学等的基本理论与方法,通过广泛收集农业资源信息数据、专题数据(如品种数据、土壤数据、气象数据、农村经济信息等)和Internet网上农业信息,并对这些信息进行标准化和规范化,建立了包括属性数据、图片数据、网络资源等在内的多媒体农业信息数据库,进一步构建了具备信息采集、查询、分析、统计、预测、维护、输出等设计功能的基于浏览器/服务器模式(B/S模式)的网络化农业信息管理系统(WAIMS),有助于实现农业数据库的系统化、标准化和智能化。 1.针对不同类型和形式的农业资源数据拟定统一的标准和规范,确保数据的唯一性,方便数据共享。其中,对图片数据确定数据结构类型;对数值数据统一采用国际标准的计量单位;对文字数据拟定具体的文档编码表及文档说明;对日期型数据确定日期表达的形式;任何专业名词、术语的定义都严格保持概念的一致。 2.根据农业生产的地区性、复杂性、季节性与各种系统对农业信息需求的多样性,建立了农业数据库的基本框架,包含四大类信息:环境资源信息、农业科技信息、农村经济信息、农业网络资源。其中农业资源环境信息分为:土壤资源、地区概况、气象资源;社会经济信息分为:农村经济信息、农资行情信息、自然灾害信息等;农业科技信息分为:品种信息、作物生产管理信息;农业网络资源分为:农业图书期刊信息、农业专家、农业研究机构、专利成果等。 3.在系统工程思想指导下,综合应用农学、生态学、统计学以及计算机科学等学科的基本理论与方法,通过广泛收集农业资源信息数据、专题数据(如品种数据、土壤数据、气象数据、农村经济信息等)和Internet网上农业科技信息,并对这些信息进行标准化和规范化,建立包括属性数据、图片数据、网络资源等在内的多媒体农业信息数据库,进一步通过深入系统地研究信息管理系统的各种体系结构的特点,按照软件工程和模块化和构件化设计思想,使用网络计算机编程语言,研制具备信息采网络化农业信息管理系统的构建与实现集、查询、分析、统计、预测、维护、输出等设计功能的基于浏览器/服务器模式(B/S模式)的网络化农业信息管理系统(wAIMs)o 4.利用基于B/S模式的信息系统安全保障技术将一种全新的墓于角色的信息系统安全控制模型引入到农业信息管理系统中,构建了系统完整的安全控制功能,为农业信息、管理系统的安全使用提供了有力保障。

【Abstract】 Development of agricultural information management system is the basic project of agricultural informatization and modernization. Based on synthesizing the theory and methodology of agronomy, ecology, statistics and computer science, the multimedia agricultural information database including spatial data, attribute data, photograph data and net resource data was developed by widely collecting, and further standardizing and normalizing agricultural resource data, special data(variety data, soil data, atmospheric data, and country economic information), and internet agricultural information. Furthermore, the browser/server mode & web-based agricultural information management system with the functions of information collection, query, analysis, calculation, prediction, and maintenance was developed. This research would help make the management of agricultural database systematic, standardized and intelligent.First, to ensure the data unique and convenient for share purpose, the united criteria and norm were established among different types of agricultural resource data. The data structure type was built for the photograph data, the international calculation criteria were adopted for the numeric data, the specific file table and file explanation was established for the text data, the date express type was established for the date data, and the definition of any specialty words and phrases was kept consistent.The agricultural database frame was founded according to the distinction, complication and seasonal character of the agricultural production and the diversity of demands from the different application systems to the agricultural information. The agricultural database includes four types of information as environment and resource information, agricultural science and technology information, country economic information and agricultural net resource. The agricultural resource and environmentinformation includes soil resource, zone summarization and meteorological resource. The social economic information includes country economic information, agricultural material market information and natural calamity information. The agricultural science and technology information includes variety information and crop production management information. The agricultural net resource includes agricultural book and periodical information, agricultural expert information, agricultural research organization information, patent and achievement information and so on.Under the guidance of system engineering idea, and based on synthesizing the theory and methodology of agronomy, ecology, statistics and computer science, the multimedia agricultural information database including spatial data, attribute data, photograph data and net resource data was developed by widely collecting, and further standardizing and normalizing agricultural resource data, special data (variety data, soil data, atmospheric data, and country economic information), and internet agricultural information. Furthermore, by deeply and systematically studying the characteristics of all kinds of the system structures of the information management systems, and according to the design concept of software engineering, modularization and soft-component, the browser/server mode & web-based agricultural information management system (WAIMS) with the functions of information collection, query, analysis, calculation, prediction and maintenance was developed by utilizing the net computer program language.By using the safe security technology of B/S mode based information system , a complete new role-based safe manipulating model of information system was introduced into the agricultural information management system to establish integrated function for safety control. This technique provides a forceful security for safely using the agricultural information management system.
