企业技术创新能力的系统构建与系统评价

【摘要】 技术创新作为企业资源结构有机化和高度化的核心动因,是企业生存和发展的源动力,是企业提高经济效益实现集约经营的根本途径,因而分析和研究企业技术创新问题,不仅具有学术价值,更具有重要的实践意义。鉴于技术创新能力在技术创新整体中的重要地位,因而成为国内外学者的研究重点。 纵观现有的对技术创新能力的研究,往往是从各个独立的、分散的、静止的角度进行,忽略了技术创新能力的整体性和系统性,不利于我们全面理解与指导实践。系统理论为我们研究企业技术创新能力提供了新的研究思路和分析框架,不但会为我们另辟蹊径、走出误区提供科学方法,更有利于从理论到指导实践的飞跃。 本文将系统理论与技术创新理论有机结合,对构成企业技术创新能力的构成要素重新进行了分解和界定,并对各个构成要素的之间的结构与关系进行了深入的研究,创造性的将技术创新管理能力从其它构成要素中提升出来,突出了它统领全局战略性的高度和位置,并与传统的分解方法进行了比较研究。在此基础上首次构建出了企业术创新能力的系统模型。 本文将对企业技术创新能力的整体高效性、结构协调性和动态持续性评价三者有机的结合,构建出了企业技术创新能力的系统评价模型,并对之进行了模拟实证研究,不但能方便理解和使用,而且能增加说服力。 本文在构建企业技术创新能力的系统评价模型时,在众多的数学模型中,选择出最优的且最适合的模型:熵权系数法、灰色关联度分析评价法、变化系数和突变级数法,并对这些方法进行了理论上的比较。 最后,本文分析了目前我国企业普遍技术创新能力低下的原因,并提出了解决对策,指明了企业提高技术创新能力、进而在激烈的市场竞争中谋求生存和发展的基本途径,期望能对企业起到启发和指导作用。

【Abstract】 As core motivation in enterprise resources construction organism , the technology innovation is the source motive of the enterprise survivance and development, is the main way of the enterprise to increase the economic benefit and realizes economy of scale , so analysing and studying the technology innovation problem of the enterprise, not only have the scholarship value, but also have the important practical significance. Owing to technology innovation capability occupies important position in the whole of technology innovation, as a result it become the research point of the domestic and international scholars.Take a wide view of the current research of the technology innovation capability, we think that current research work usually proceeds from each independent, scatter and static angle , neglecting the whole and system of technology innovation capability , lacking the general excavation and is difficult to be comprehended and guide the practical activity. The systemic theories not only provide the new research way in the study of technology innovation capability for us, guiding us to come out the mistake area, but also even convenience to guide the leap between theory and practice.This thesis combines system theories with technology innovation theories, decomposes and defines main components of technology innovation capability of the enterprise newly, and lucubrates the framework and correlation of every components, gives prominence to technology innovation management capability from other components, outstands its altitude and leading overall strategy position, and proceeds the compare research with traditional decomposition method. On the base of the new decomposition method the thesis constitutes the system model of technology innovation capability of the enterprise first time.This thesis combines the general high efficiency evaluation -, the constructional correspondence evaluation with the dynamic durative evaluation, constitutes the systemic evaluation model of technology innovation capability of the enterprise, and proceeds the simulative study, the simulative study not onlycan convenience to be comprehended and applied, but also can increase the conviction.At the course of constituting the system evaluation model of technology innovation capability of the enterprise in this thesis, the author choose the most excellent and suitable model in the numerous mathematics models : the entropy coefficient method., gray correlation analysis evaluation method -, the variety coefficient and the catastrophe series method , and compared these methods in theory.Finally, this thesis analyses the reason of the widespread low technology innovation capability of our enterprise at present, and puts forward to the countermeasure, and indicates the main way of increasing technology innovation capability of the enterprise in order to survive and develop in the hardship and danger market competitive environment , expects to inspire and guides the enterprises.
