新课程改革的文化转向研究

【摘要】 课程改革的历史和现实发展、当代课程论研究文化转向的趋势说明,对新课程改革的分析从传统的技术角度转向文化的角度,是对过去课程改革历史经验教训的全面总结,为课程改革研究提供新的研究方向,也为课程的发展提供新的生长点。而且,新课程改革从1999年开始启动,至今已有5年的历史,也即将进入一个全面推广的阶段,我们有必要对这一阶段的工作进行一个全面的审视和检讨,总结经验教训。本论文站在整体高度对基础教育课程改革进行全面的文化审视,以期为新课程改革今后的推广提供借搽意义。 全文分为六个部分: 前言。概要性地介绍了新课程改革文化转向研究的原因和意义,并对本论文的研究框架、涉及的重要概念“文化”进行了阐述。 第一部分:课程改革作为文化实践。在对课程进行文化解读,分析课程的文化本质和功能的基础上,对课程改革的本质进行了界定,即课程改革是不同主体通过行使课程资源配置权力来促进课程、社会和人的协调发展为目的的文化实践活动。 第二部分:新课程改革的文化转型。首先从历史和现实的角度考察了社会文化转型与教育、课程改革的内在联系,然后分析了新课程改革文化转型的具体形态,包括四个方面:课程改革立足点的转移、课程文化理念的拓展、课程文化模式的转换、课程知识的转型。 第三部分:新课程改革的文化创新。本部分主要是对课程改革的价值文化、制度文化和行为文化的创新进行整体分析。这一整体分析包括对相应课程改革文化的界定、对原有课程改革文化的特点与困境的解剖以及新课程改革各文化创新的具体内容三个方面。 第四部分:新课程改革的文化检讨。在这一部分主要对新课程改革取得的阶段性成就进行了总结,并在他人的实验调查和本人对西南地区新课程考察的基础上分析了新课程改革存在的问题与阻力。 结束语。主要提出了课程改革应该形成的未来课程形态,以及我们针对课程改革存在的问题和未来发展应做出的努力。

【Abstract】 The curriculum reform with a long history has been going on the time, leading to the cultural alternation of the curriculum theory. This tendency shows that the curriculum reform which has changed from the traditional, is drawing a complete conclusion from the past. It also provides a new direction for the new curriculum reform and offers a growth point as well. Besides, the curriculum reform which has tasted 5 years from 1999, is going to be popularized, so it is necessary for us to make a whole self-criticism. The essay takes a whole view to give a thorough cultural check to the basic curriculum reform in hope of offering reference to the future curriculum reform.There are six parts:Introduction. It generally introduces the reason and meaning of the curriculum reform’s cultural alternation and illustrates the essay’s framework and the most important concept: "culture".Part one: the Curriculum Reform Is Cultural Practice Based on the analysis of the term culture and its essence and function, the essay gives a definition to the essence of the curriculum reform, which is the cultural practice done by different subjects, who intend to develop the curriculum in harmony with the society and human being by disposing curriculum resources.Part two: the Cultural Alternation of the New Curriculum Reform. The relationship between the social cultural change and the education and the curriculum reform isanalyzed from the point of historical and realistic view. And then the specific form is also explained, which contains four aspects: the change of the curriculum reform’s standing point, the extension of the curriculum cultural ideas, the transformation of the curriculum cultural mode and the curriculum knowledge.Part three: the Cultural Creation of the New Curriculum Reform. This part analyzes wholly the value culture, system culture and behavior culture of the curriculum reform, including the relative definitions of the curriculum reform culture, the dissection of the characters and dilemmas of the old curriculum reform culture, and the specific contents of the cultural creation.Part four: the Cultural Self-examination. It draws a period conclusion of the curriculum reform. And it analyzes the present problems and obstructions of the new curriculum reform based on other experiments and research, my inspection to the southwest zone included too.Concluding Remarks. It describes the future curriculum form and the effort we should make in terms of the existing problems of the curriculum reform.
