【副题名】宜宾市苗族文化与教育发展状况的调查

【摘要】 各民族文化与教育在发展过程中都面临着现代化与民族性协同的问题。本文通过三种途径即政府及相关机构、学校、家庭,调查宜宾市汉苗民族杂居区苗族文化与教育发展的现状,分析得出了该地域苗族文化发展的特点和该地域民族教育的基本特征,进而指出该地域文化与教育协同发展中存在的问题是民族文化的发展与教育的发展之间脱节,双语教育没有切实开展,职业教育与普通教育联系不紧密,政府和教育部门的重视程度不够。从六个方面:人的思想观念的转变和更新;增大投入、普及教育与职教相结合;加大与高校联合培训与提高师资水平;教育内容和方式应体现民族性与职业性;政府重视、加强政策指导;扩大交流形成社会氛围,提出了解决该地域文化与教育协同发展的对策思考。

【Abstract】 The coordination of modernization and nationality is a common problem in the process of any nationality’s culture and education development. This investigation reveals the situation of Miao’s culture and education development, features of culture development and characteristics of national education in areas of mixed residents of Han and Miao in Yibing city. In the disjointed development culture and education, the ineffective practice of bilingual education, the loose relations of vocational and common education, government and education authority’s attitudes are the problems in the process of development Solutions to these problems are: refreshment of people’s thoughts; more investment and better combination of vocational education and common education; More joint training with Universities to promote teachers’ level; more policy guide from government; more communication to cultivate better social atmosphere.
