德育新课程改革中德育教师角色转变问题及对策研究

【摘要】 教师在长期不合理的教育环境中扮演着不恰当的角色。当前的基础教育课程改革对中小学德育教师提出了角色转变的要求,由道德权威转向生活意义的合作探索者;由被动传递道德知识的“教书匠”转向教学的设计者、课程的开发者;由道德说教者转向丰富学生德行的促进者、组织者和指导者;由单一型教师转向综合型教师。然而在教师角色转变的过程中仍然存在问题:(1)教师对新角色内容有顾虑甚至反感;(2)教师在德育新课程实施中体现出新旧角色特征共存的矛盾;(3)课程实施中存在教材使用和资源开发的困难;(4)教师不堪新课程的劳动强度;(5)家长对教师角色行为变化的为难。而造成这些问题的原因在于:(1)矛盾的管理评价制度为教师角色转变带来困惑;(2)教师教育培训的内容与形式同教师需要与特点的不合;(3)课程实现的辅助条件的缺乏;(4)教师个人素质和心理因素的影响。并提出了对策:在教师培训方面,提高教师学历,强调对教师自我发展需要与专业意识的关注;教师培训内容帮助扩展教师视野和发掘教师的研究反思能力,教师培训方式由教授型向活动型探究型转变;实现教师培训资源的网络式交流和共享。在制度方面,改革评价制度;保障德育课程地位和德育教师专业化发展;实现以人为本的管理,通过合理的教学管理对“教师减负”。在个人努力方面,要注意克服角色转变中存在的心理问题;有意识地培养自我反思能力;注重观念的交流,争取多方配合。

【Abstract】 For quite a long time, Teachers have been playing an unsuitable role in the unreasonable environment. The on-going curriculum reform requires the moral education teachers to change their role-- from a moral authority to a co-explorer of the meaningful life; from a passive didact to an active teaching designer and curriculum developer; from an ethic preacher to an organizer, helper and pilot of students’ moral practice; from monotype teacher to comprehensive one. However, there exist problems during the course of change of teachers’ role: 1. Teachers’ scruple and revolt against the new role. 2. Discrepancy between the features of new and old role in enacting the new curriculum.3. Difficulties in curriculum material using and resources exploration. 4. Unendurable labor intensity of teachers brought by new curriculum.5.Parents’ antipathy on the change of teachers’role. The causes of those problems can be traced as follow: 1. Contradictory systems of management and assessment confusing the content of the change of teacher’s role. 2. The training for the teacher doesn’t fit the demand and the characters of the teachers.3. It lacks supports help the teacher to realize the new curriculum. 4. Teachers’ personal quality and psychological factors cause teachers’ scruple.Our solutions could be: in the aspect of teachers’ training, we should promote the teachers’ educational level ; Arousing teachers’ need of self-development and professional conscientious. Teachers’ training should help widen teachers’ view and explore their potential on research and reflection; Build resource network of teachers’ training. In the aspect of system, we should reform our system of assessment; Ensure the status of moral course and moral teachers’ professional improvement; Achieve human-based administration ; Relive teachers’ burden by appropriate teaching administration. In the aspect of teachers’ personal efforts, mind the psychological problems in role change; Consciously foster self-reflection ability, and attach importance to communication and ethic knowledge exploration; Seek for cooperation of all parts.
