【摘要】 思想政治教育是现代管理的重要组成部分。从有助于提高组织目标实现效益的角度，思想政治教育具有重要而独特的管理功能。思想政治教育管理功能，即是指一定社会历史条件下，思想政治教育作为管理系统的重要组成部分，对管理活动所承担的管理职责，所具有的管理功用。思想政治教育通过与管理的深刻融合、渗透，发挥管理功能，在业务工作、经济活动等领域发挥着日益明显的重要作用，日益引起人们的重视。本文共分为四部分： 第一部分，研究思想政治教育管理功能的意义。这是本文的难点。在一定程度上，研究思想政治教育管理功能，有助于深化思想政治教育基本理论研究、思想政治教育方法理论研究，同时也有助于拓展思想政治教育实践，具有重要的理论和实践意义。 第二部分，思想政治教育管理功能的构成。这是本文的重点之一。阐述了思想政治教育管理功能是由导向功能、协调功能、激励功能和发展功能等内容构成的整体。 第三部分，思想政治教育管理功能的特点。这也是本文的重点。在对功能构成的论述基础之上，归纳其具有以下特点：价值取向性、实践性、规范性以及超越性。 第四部分，思想政治教育管理功能的发挥。这是本文的落脚点。要有效和高效发挥功能，应当着重从三方面努力：一是要提高对思想政治教育管理功能的科学认识，增强思想政治教育管理功能发挥的主动性和创造性：二是要提升思想政治教育各具体管理功能，优化系统管理功能：三是要强化思想政治教育管理，推动思想政治教育管理功能的有效发挥。更多还原

【Abstract】 The management function of ideological political education means the management duty and function which ideological political education undertaken and possess as important part of management system on certain historical conditions. The ideological political education gives full play to the management function and infiltrator important function in vocational work and economic fields, on the basis of mixed together with management.Part I : the significance of studying management function of ideological political education. The author consider, researching the management function in conducive to enrich the theory of ideological political education, deepen mordent monument theory, open up new performance of ideology cal political education and management.Part II :the constitution of management function of ideological political education. At the basis of establish the system of constitution, the author consider the function is a system, whole consist of direction function, encouragement function etc.Part III: the Characteristics of management function of ideological political education. On the basis of analysis the constitution, the author summaries the main characteristics of management function, that is value tropism, etc.Part VI: the infiltration of management function of ideological political education. The author consider, in order to infiltrate the management function efficaciously Firstly, we must strengthen initiateness and creativeness of infiltrating may management function, secondly, we must promote specific management, function and up optimize systematic management function, lastly, we hast intensify education management and give impetus to infiltration of management function officiously.更多还原
