跨国公司海外R&D投资研究及启示

【摘要】 随着经济全球化的进程，以跨国公司为主要推动力量的R&D国际化趋势逐渐席卷全球，中国不可避免地被卷入R&D投资全球化的浪潮之中。本论文从跨国直接投资理论入手，综述跨国公司R&D投资相关理论；系统分析跨国公司海外R&D投资模式及其管理；关注跨国公司在华R&D投资的现状，归纳研究跨国公司掀起在华R&D投资热潮的背景及其积极和消极两方面的影响；结合华为公司和海尔集团的研发案例，概括分析中国企业R&D投资现状；论文的最后结论部分，总结跨国公司海外R&D投资趋势及其影响因素，并从政府和企业两个层面对跨国公司在华R&D投资和中国企业海外R&D投资提出具有操作性的政策建议。 总之，通过对跨国公司海外R&D投资规律以及中国面对跨国公司R&D战略挑战所做努力的研究，试图说明以下的观点：科学技术已成为企业赢得市场竞争的关键力量，跨国公司凭借其全球化R&D战略和国际领先的技术水平，在未来的一段时间内将仍然是全球经济发展和科技进步的最主要载体。对作为发展中大国的中国而言，当前最为紧迫的任务是积极改善投资环境，最大限度的吸引跨国公司R&D投资，扩大跨国公司在华R&D投资的积极溢出效应；改革完善研发体制，尽快使企业成为中国R&D活动的主体，鼓励有实力的中国企业迈出国门寻求利用全球R&D资源，造就一批具有自主研发实力和国际竞争力的中国跨国公司。唯有如此，中国才有可能在全球经济和科技的角逐中立于不败之地。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the globalization of the economy, the R&D investment of multinational corporations has become more global increasingly. Presently, China has turned into the focus of MNCs’ R&D investing unavoidably. This thesis begins with FDI theory; and generalizes the theory of oversea R&D investment; and studies MNCs’ oversea R&D activities especially in China; and then discusses the back ground of this phenomenon, the positive and negative effects, the characteristics of Chinese enterprises’ R&D investment. The conclusion of this study highlights that R&D globalization is a necessary trend. Some suggestions are raised for government and enterprise.The author thinks that science and technology has become critical element for enterprises’ success; MNCs are still ruling in development of world economy and technology during a period; nowadays, the most important tasks for China are improving R&D investing environment, attracting foreign R&D investment, reforming R&D system, and encouraging some Chinese enterprises’ oversea R&D.更多还原
