【摘要】 郊区作为城市与乡村的交错地带，与市区有着广泛的经济、社会、生态联系，郊区土地的生态利用是建设生态城市的基础与前提。然而，随着城市郊区化和郊区城市化进程的加快，广州市郊区土地利用存在着一系列不容忽视的问题，并将深深影响广州建设生态城市目标的实现。因此，从建设生态城市的目标出发，对广州市郊区土地生态利用进行系统的研究具有重要的现实意义。 本文采用了理论研究与实证研究相结合的方法，具体内容分为两大部分。 第一部分着重于生态城市与郊区土地生态利用的基础理论研究。首先论述了生态城市的概念、特征以及广州建设生态城市的战略意义；接着在论述土地生态利用的内涵与特点、郊区土地生态利用的理论基础与目标的基础上，对郊区土地生态利用与建设生态城市的相互影响机制进行了分析，结果发现郊区土地生态利用是建设生态城市的基础和前提，而以生态城市作为城市的发展目标，将有助于克服城市化的无序发展给郊区土地带来的诸多问题，进而推动郊区土地生态利用的实现。 第二部分主要结合广州市郊区土地利用的实际情况进行了实证研究。首先，在界定广州市郊区范围的基础上，全面分析了广州市郊区土地利用的特征、土地利用变化的动力机制以及土地利用存在的问题与成因；接着构建了广州市郊区土地生态利用评价指标体系，并根据2002年有关统计数据，对广州市郊区各区及县级市的土地生态利用水平进行了评价，结果显示目前广州市郊区土地利用基本上处于初步生态利用阶段，而且随着距离城区距离的加大，土地利用的自然生态水平越来越高，经济生态和社会生态水平则越来越低；最后，针对广州市郊区土地利用存在的问题以及生态利用评价的结果，并根据广州市建设生态城市的目标，提出了实现广州市郊区土地生态利用具体的九大调控措施与途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The suburbs as an Ecotone between the city and the village, has the widespread economical, social, ecological relation with urban district, land eco-use in suburb is the foundation and the premise of building the eco-city. However, along with the urban suburbization and suburb urbanization advancement speeding up, land use in the suburbs of Guangzhou has a series of problems not allow to neglect, and will deeply affect the target of Guangzhou building eco-city to come true. Therefore, based on the target of building eco-city, it has important practical significance to research land eco-use in the suburbs of Guangzhou.The method of this paper is combining theory research with demonstration research, the concrete content divides into two major parts.First part stresses to research the basic theory of eco-city and land eco-use in suburb. At first, the paper discusses the concept and characteristic of eco-city and the strategic sense for Guangzhou to build eco-city; then after discussing the concept and characteristic of land eco-use and the basic theory and target of land eco-use in suburb, the paper analyzes the mutual influence mechanism between land eco-use in the suburbs and building eco-city, and discovers that land eco-use in the suburbs is the foundation and premise of building eco-city ,eco-city will be helpful to overcome many problems in the process of disorderly urbanization and promote to realize land eco-use in the suburbs.The second part stresses to research in evidence combined the actual situation of land use in the suburbs of Guangzhou. Firstly, on the foundation of defining the scope of the suburbs of Guangzhou City, the paper completely analyzes the problem and characteristic of land use and the power mechanism of land use variation;Then the paper constructs the index system of land eco-use evaluation in the suburbs of Guangzhou, and evaluates land eco-use of all districts and county level cities in the suburbs of Guangzhou according to2002 related data, its result demonstrates that land use in the suburbs of Guangzhou is basically at the preliminary ecological use stage, moreover along with the distance from urban enlarging, land utilization natural ecology level is more and more high, then economical ecology and social ecology level is more and more low; Finally, in view of the problem of land use in the suburbs of Guangzhou and the result of ecological use evaluation, and according to the target of building eco-city, the paper puts forward nine important and concrete regulation measurements to realize land eco-use in the suburbs of Guangzhou.更多还原
