轧制过程中张力控制系统的远程监测及诊断研究

【摘要】 张力控制系统是整条轧机生产线对轧件的张力进行控制的重要系统,而张力的变化情况往往是影响到整条轧钢生产线能否正常地工作的重要因素。因此,为了预防重大故障或事故的发生,为了保证生产的顺利进行,对其进行状态监测及故障诊断是十分必要的,而且,对于有效提高企业的生产管理水平,保证产品的质量等具有重要的意义。 本文首先通过对轧机生产线的张力控制机理进行了分析,在现场调研的基础上,总结出有关的故障及其相应的相关信号特征表现。接着,依据现场信号的实际情况,提出了提取信号状态特征的方法,由此进行信号的状态识别;在此基础上,采用了基于模糊综合评判的诊断推理方法对本课题的张力控制系统故障进行了诊断,实践证明,该诊断方法的优点在于无需故障的实际案例,通过专家的有关经验就能轻易确定推理系统的雏形,对于诊断系统的初始建立是行之有效的方法。 另外,基于对国内外关于设备远程监测及诊断技术的研究及发展现状的分析,从中可以看到,应用现代远程技术对设备进行的监测和诊断具有明确的实际应用价值。本文结合现场的实际情况及用户的需求,通过应用最新的ASP.NET技术和SQL Server数据库技术开发实现了一套B/S模式的远程监测及故障诊断智能系统,该系统能通过不断的运行积累经验,逐步满足用户对张力控制系统监测诊断的需求;而且,文中介绍了该诊断系统的架构、功能模块、信息结构等并通过实例介绍了系统的整个运行过程。 最后,对本文所做的研究工作进行了总结,并针对整个诊断系统的目前情况,对将来更深入的研究进行了展望,指出了需要进一步完善和改进的地方。

【Abstract】 The tension control system which is used for controlling the tension of rough steel is the important system in the whole rolling mill product line, and the variety of tension is the important factor that can affect whether the running process is normal or not. So it is necessary to monitor the product state and diagnose faults in order to prevent the grave faults or accidents from happening and ensure the successful running of the process, further more, it has significant benefit on increasing the enterprise management level and ensuring the quality of products.This paper will firstly sum up the faults and its related signal symptoms through the analysis of the tension control principle of the line and the research on the spot. Secondly, according to the fact, it brings forward the method that abstract the signals’ state characteristic value which is used for recognizing the signals’ state. On this base, the paper has adopted the fuzzy judging method to diagnose the faults of this tension control system, and the practice has indicated that the efficientof the diagnosis method is that it doesn’t need any factual fault cases and it can easily build therudiment of the reasoning system by gaining some expert experiences, so it is the workable way at the beginning of setting up the diagnosis system.In addiction, we can know that applying the modern long-distance technique to monitor and diagnose has clear actual application worth on the base of the analysis of the development state of the remote monitoring and diagnosis techniques for equipments around the world. Because of the spot facts and the needs of users, so this paper introduces that applying the new ASP.NET and SQL Server database techniques to develop a B/S mode remote-monitoring and faults-diagnosis intelligent system, and it will accumulate experiences along with the continuous running, so it will gradually meet the users’ needs of monitoring and diagnosis of the tension control system. Moreover, the paper has introduced the system structure, the function modules, the information structure and so on of the whole diagnosis system, and presented the whole running process of the system by an instance.At last, the research is summarized, and the paper has prospected for the future further research and pointed out the things which need to be improved and perfected in the system.
