单件小批车间作业计划与调度监控集成系统的研究与应用

【摘要】 单间及小批生产条件下生产的产品约占在全世界产品总量的70%,中国也不例外。因此建立单件及小批生产条件下车间多目标最佳作业计划的拟定与动态调度监控计算机集成系统对实现整个企业的管理自动化和提高经济效益具有极其重大意义。近几十年来,国内外许多专家学者对单件及小批生产条件下的生产作业计划的制定及调度控制这一课题进行许多研究。例如清华大学管理学院和CIMS国家重点实验室、华中理工大学、香港理工大学等高校均把这项课题列为一项关键技术正在进行积极研究。 结合我国生产管理模式和机制,建立适合于我国的单件及小批生产条件下的生产作业计划及调度监控集成系统,对提高我国企业的生产效益将具有重要的经济价值,为实施我国CIMS战略做出贡献。 对于单件及小批生产类型的车间而言,作业计划的制订和调度监控是一项十分复杂和困难的课题。该系统由工艺准备子系统和生产作业计划及调度监控子系统组成。系统可快速建立或修正作业计划,实现车间物流实时仿真及调度监控,最大限度地减少材料和劳动力的消耗、提高设备的利用率,从而降低产品的制造成本。 本课题所研究的单件小批量作业计划与调度监控系统——ZENITH SPPS,为解决车间一级的作业计划问题提供了有效的解决方案。 本文针对科龙集团配件公司模具厂模具制造均为单件生产的情况,提出了生产作业计划调度和监控系统采用倒推法和正排法的数学模型,并将其运用于模具厂生产车间,以加工中心的作业计划为实施的主要对象,重点解决模具厂的瓶颈问题,在计算机界面自动形成操作性强的调度、监控系统,并可直接打印表格给具体操作人员用于现场生产。对于计划调整、实时监控、远程控制、计划编制通过计算机实现,提高了效率,减轻了管理难度。

【Abstract】 The products of single pieces of small serial production occupy about 70% of the products in the whole world, and the condition in China is the same. So setting the system that can study out many-goals and optimal scheduling of single pieces of small serial production is important for enterprises to realize the automation of management and improve economic profits. In these decades, many scholars and experts home and abroad have much research on this subject of scheduling and controlling on single pieces of small serial production, such as the Management College of Tsinghua University, CIMS national key laboratory, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.Integrating with our nation’s production management pattern and mechanism, establishing the integrated system of production planning and scheduling fits to the condition of single pieces and small serial production, and it has very important economic value in elevating our nation’s enterprises efficiency, and it has contributed to enforce the stratagem of CIMS.As to the type of single pieces and small serial production, task planning and scheduling is a very important and difficult subject. The system includes three parts: technology subsystem, scheduling subsystem and supervising subsystem. System can set up and modify the schedule quickly, realize the emulating of shop material flow and the supervising, reduce the use of material and labor, improve the using rate of the machine and reduce the cost of the manufacture of products. Our system, Zenith SPPS, can solve the problem of small-batch workshop.According to the situation of the company of single piece and small scale type, such as KELON, we bring forward the math model of backward scheduling and forward scheduling, and apply the system to the production of die, and take the production plan of manufacturing center as the main implementing object. The system of scheduling and supervisal is easy to operate. It can solve the difficult problem in the die company, and it can print some useful forms that can guide the producing workers. As to the modifying of the plan, real supervisal, remote control and working out the plan can be realized through the computer, which raises the production efficiency and alleviates the difficulty of the management.
