【摘要】 巢湖流域是我国著名的五大淡水湖之一，因其自然条件优越，秀丽的景色，丰富的物产给巢湖流域人民带来了巨大的利益，但因长期以来人类活动的影响，巢湖流域的生态安全问题非常突出，流域水质恶化、水土流失加剧、面源污染严重、湖泊调蓄功能削弱等，这些已影响到巢湖流域经济的可持续发展。以前的工作主要着眼于巢湖水域污染的研究，一些学者也从许多方面对巢湖流域的水质、生态系统、生态经济等各方面进行研究，但结合全流域的自然、经济、社会状况的综合研究较少，尤其是对巢湖流域的生态安全评价和预警研究，因此本论文进行的巢湖流域生态安全预警研究是基于安徽省教育厅自然科学研究项目“巢湖流域生态安全评价及预警研究”，主要研究： 第一、根据压力-状态-响应模型和层次分析法建立复杂系统的指标体系，结合生态环境、可持续发展及生态省、市、县建设的指标体系，拓展建立生态安全预警指标体系。 第二、建立生态安全预警模型，利用巢湖流域的现有资料对巢湖流域的生态安全做出预警。 第三、根据预警结果，对预警等级较高的地区，通过提出生态安全对策，对流域生态环境保护、人类经济活动等提出生态安全重构模式，为生态安全的维护和管理提供决策依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 ChaoHu Basin is one of five fresh water lakes of China. It brings about huge benefit to people of ChaoHu Basin, but it is serious for its ecological security problem because of effects of human activities. For example depravation of water quality, picking up soil erosion, serious pollution, etc. Many studies have been with an eye to water pollution of the basin. Many scholars have studied in quality of water, ecosystem and ecological economy etc, but they have not been studied in evaluation and pre-warning of ecological security. So this paper has been developing pre-warning study on basis of the natural science fund of AnHui province education office.In this paper, the following questions are discussed:First, According to PSR (Pressure State Response) and AHP (Anaylytic Hierarchy Process), and index system of ecologic environment and sustainable development and ecological province, city and town, we constitute pre-warning index system of ecological security.Second, we constitute the pre-warning model of ecological security and pre-warn with the use of datum of ChaoHu Basin.Third, according to pre-warning result, we put forward the measure of ecological security. All conclusions we sum up in the paper are important to mange ChaoHu Basin.更多还原
