【摘要】 Er:YAG激光在牙科上有着广泛的运用。本文研制了一种新型激光牙科治疗仪,能够对牙齿进行切割和钻孔,代替牙钻进行治疗。阐述了Er:YAG激光的基本理论;设计了包括激光棒、闪光灯、聚光腔和谐振腔、传输光纤在内的一整套激光装置;设计了PWM开关激光电源;并为激光牙科治疗仪设计了智能控制系统。 同时,为了优化电源电路,获取电路最佳参数,用PSPICE软件对电源电路进行了计算机仿真。在仿真中构造了变压器模型和VMOSFET模型,对电源电路进行了验证。对于一些难以计算和测量的重要参数,通过仿真确定其数值,并对仿真法的准确性进行了验证。

【Abstract】 Er: YAG laser is widely used in dentistry. The paper has developed a new laser therapeutic instrument for dentistry. It can incise and drill in tooth in place of tooth drill. The paper has set forth the basic theory of EnYAG laser; And designed a whole laser device, including laser rod, flash lamp, optical collector and optical resonator, optical fiber; And designed a set of PWM switch power supply; And designed a set of micro-computer control system for the laser instrument.For optimizing the power supply circuit, and receiving optimization of parameter, the power supply circuit has been simulated by PSPICE software. In simulation, set up transformer and VMOSFET model, and confirmed the correctness of circuit. For the parameter that it is difficulty to calculate and measure, confirm their value by simulation, and affirm the accuracy of simulation method.
