汽车空调压缩机电磁离合器用轴承的开发研制

【摘要】 汽车空调器是汽车上的重要辅助设备之一,汽车空调电磁离合器用双列角接触球轴承结构与性能的好坏,直接影响汽车空调压缩机的性能。 本文在对双列角接触球轴承进行设计技术研究的基础上,对典型型号的电磁离合器用双列角接触球轴承进行了结构优化设计,并研究了此类轴承的关键加工工艺和测量方法。对研制的轴承与具有先进水平的国外同种轴承进行了对比检测与试验,结果表明,按照本课题研究的技术成果研制的轴承,其性能和寿命与国外先进水平的同种轴承样品实物水平相当。 得出了如下几方面的重要创新结论: 1.推导出了双列角接触球轴承自由偏转角与几何结构参数之间的解析表达式,可应用于轴承设计。 2.推导出了双列角接触球轴承的轴向游隙与径向游隙、双沟沟心距及轴承配套间隙之间的解析关系式,可应用于轴承设计。 3.推导出了双列角接触球轴承的径向配套间隙与径向游隙之间的解析关系式,可应用于轴承生产。 这些创新结论对其他双列角接触球轴承类型的轴承设计开发具有重要的指导作用。

【Abstract】 Air-conditioner is one of the important auxiliary equipments in automobile application. The structure and functions of double row angular contact ball bearings for electromagnetic clutch in air-conditioner will directly influence the performance of the compressor.On the base of design technology researching , this paper describes the optimum design of typical double row angular contact ball bearings in electromagnetic clutch, its processing key technology and measurements. In addition, the bearing developed has been comparablely measured and tested with the same type advanced international ones, the results show that the life and performance of the bearing developed in this paper are almost the same as the international advanced ones.Followings are the innovative conclusions.1. Analytic expression of angular clearance and geometry strurure parpmeters is derived for bearing design;2. Analytic relationships among radial clearance, axial clearance, contact angle, center distance between two grooves, and bearing fit gap are derived for bearing design;3. Analytic relations of radial fit gap and radial clearance is derived for bearing production.These innovative conclusions are important guidelines for designing other type double row angular contact ball bearings.
