配电变压器监控终端的开发

【摘要】 配电自动化系统是集计算机技术、自动控制技术、数据通信技术以及相关电力系统技术于一身的信息管理控制系统。配变监测终端TTU(Transformer Terminal Unit)是配电自动化系统中的重要部分,在系统中完成采集模拟量(电压、电流等)和状态量(如开关状态),以及执行遥控(开、合操作)操作等功能,实现对配电变压器的实时监测,保障配电系统的可靠运行。 本文主要研究了基于MSP430F449单片机的配电监测终端的实现,较详细地介绍了系统的硬件设计、软件设计、核心算法,介绍了通讯规约IEC870-5-101和I~2C的实现。最终研制的配电监测终端具有实时数据采集和处理、数字量输入和输出、支持标准通信规约、和上位机通讯以及在线配置系统参数等功能。 本文研制的TTU采用标准RS232通讯口,实时性强,通过上位机可以灵活、方便地进行参数配置。具有较大的推广价值。

【Abstract】 The Distribution Automation System is an information management system based on computer technology, automation control technology, data communication technology and correlative electric power system technology. Being the import unit of the Distribution Automation System, the Transformer Terminal Unit namely TTU ,samples AC input(such as voltage, current and so on) and state(for example: switch state) and executes remote control command(open operation or close operation), TTU supervise the action of transformer ,so it guarantee the security of DAS(Distribution Automation System)This paper is mainly based on the study of Transformer Terminal Unit based on MSP430F449 SCM, The work of this paper includes: first, introduces the design of the hardware system and the software system of TTU, the core mathematical principle, and then, Discusses the implementation of the communication protocol:IEC870-5-101 and I2 C in detail. This TTU does well in such sides as: real time data sampling and processing, digital signal input and output, communication with PC and configuration.The TTU adopts RS232 standard, has good real time quality, and can be configured easily and conveniently by PC, so it has high popularizing values.
