基于网络通信的低功耗涡街流量计

【摘要】 论文根据当前网络通信技术和微电子技术迅猛发展,以及涡街流量计在流量测量系统中广阔的应用前景提出了基于网络通信的低功耗涡街流量计。 首先介绍了涡街流量计工作原理以及当前的发展概况。接着从硬件电路设计和软件程序设计两个方面进行讨分析了低功耗技术在智能仪表中的应用。在此基础上完成了涡街流量计的数据采集通道和温压补偿电路的硬件设计。并对涡街流量计的人机接口技术做了详细的阐述。 最后介绍了仪表的通信技术。包括RS-232、USB和Internet通信。文中详细介绍了RS-232通信协议、USB通信协议和TCP/IP协议。给出了串口通信程序设计的几种实现方法,并介绍了USB驱动程序开发方法和实现方式,以及涡街流量计和Internet通信实现的具体细节问题。并介绍了TCP/IP应用程序的编写方法。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of network communication and micro-electronic technology and vortex shedding flow meter widely used in the flux control system, the paper has an advanced research on low power consumption vortex shedding flow meter based on network communication.First, application of low power consumption technology is introduced in the field of intelligent meters in this paper, which mainly describes two aspects- hardware design and software development. At the base on this, the hardware circuit of data acquisition and compensation of temperature and pressure. And then technology of human and machine interface is described in detail.Finally, communication technology of meter is emphatically presented in the paper, which includes RS-232 communication, USB communication and Internet communication. Further introduction of communication protocols and methods of connection is mentioned in detail.
