【Abstract】 21 century is the green century. The development of finance in China depends on the green management. At present, the green management and the development of the finance are researched more in China. But, the cross province between the green management and the finance -green management of finance is researched less. At first, regarding that as the suit, the article analyzes the significance of green management of finance in China. Then, The functional mechanism and the enforcement program of green management of finance in China are suggested based on the management frame of "golden triangle" of green management.
