数控磨床外径在线检测系统研究

【摘要】 为了进一步提高工件磨削的质量,在线检测技术被用于磨床磨削系统,以构成一个闭环控制系统。本课题来源于安徽省“十五”攻关项目“数控机床在线检测系统的研究”,以轴类零件的直径测量为例,在现有的气隙式电感传感器基础上完成数控磨床高精度外径在线检测系统的研究。 要实现高精度在线检测,首先要保证有足够高的静态精度,然后在此基础上,保证其动态特性能满足在线检测的要求。本文对现有气隙式电感传感器在原理和机械结构上作了深入的分析,对其参数进行了静态标定;并且针对常规电感传感器动态响应低,不宜用于快速动态测量的缺点,引入测试系统动力学的思想,设计了一套动态校准系统,对现有传感器进行多次动态校准,根据动态校准的实验结果对现有传感器建立数学模型,得到现有传感器的动态特性;在此基础上,根据磨床工件在线检测的要求,设计一个硬件补偿系统来提高整个测试系统的动态特性。同时,设计了一个单片机系统来对气隙式电感传感器及其调理电路的输出信号进行采集、处理、显示,并反馈给磨床,实现对磨床磨削加工的闭环控制,并且使整个系统具有友好的人机交互界面。文章最后列。整个磨床在线检测系统进行了误差分析。

【Abstract】 To improve the quality of grinded workpieces, on-line measuring technology is adopted on NC grinding machine to form a closed-loop grinding system. Taking example for the outside-diameter measurement of the spindle, method of how to use the traditional air-gap inductance-type transducer to realize the on-line measuring system on the NC grinding machine is introduced in this article.To ensure the high precision of the on-line measuring system, the static error and the dynamic capability of the whole system must be good enough. The principle and the mechanical structure of the air-gap inductance-type transducer are analyzed in this article, and the static parameters are calibrated. Dynamic calibration is applied to air-gap inductance-type transducer which is not good in dynamic capability, to obtain the dynamic parameters of the transducer and its measuring circuit. Based on the result of the dynamic calibration, the transducer and its serving circuit are modeled so that the method of how to improve the dynamic performance can be found. Then a dynamic compensating system is designed and added into the measuring system to accomplish the compensation. Furthermore, a MCU system is designed to acquire, process and display the output of the transducer’s serving circuit, and to feed back the workpiece’s real time dimension to the NC grinding machine. Errors of the whole on-line measuring system are analyzed at the final part of the article.
