电子商务环境下基于配送中心的物流配送体系的研究

【摘要】 电子商务环境下的物流配送应具备信息化、社会化,并能与企业内部流程相融合,形成一体化的物流配送体系。 本文针对大中型企业内部物流配送系统信息化程度不高,独立于企业业务体系之外,不能完全发挥其功能的现状,提出建立一个电子商务环境下基于配送中心的物流配送系统。该配送体系以配送中心为核心,通过综合前端环境中的客户需求、供货商和后端的运输服务、质量和产品,形成一个融企业业务流程为一体的综合配送体系,使企业配送中心能便捷、高效地为企业业务发展服务,并对该体系从信息化方面进行了模块分析和流程的设计。同时针对上海英业达公司的实际,探讨建立了一套绩效评估指标体系,并利用模糊综合评估法对该配送体系进行绩效评价。 本文的研究结论有助于大中型企业在电子商务环境下建立合理高效的配送体系并改进现有体系中不合理的部分,同时也对企业开发物流配送方面的MIS系统有一定参考价值。

【Abstract】 Logistics distribution under E-business environment should have characteristics of informationization and socialization, and can be combined with the inner process of enterprise, thus forms an integrated logistics distribution system.This paper focuses on the fact that the degree of informationization in inner logistics distribution system of large and medium scale enterprise is not high, and the system is independent from the operation process of enterprise, and the system can not function thoroughly. So author suggests to set up a distribution system based on distribution center. This distribution system is circled of the distribution center in enterprise, by combining the customer’s request and the provider in the front environment with the transportation service, quality and product in the end environment, then forms a comprehensive distribution system integrating the operation process in enterprise, so that the system can serve the enterprise quickly and efficiently. This paper also analyses each module of information system and designs the process of information system. After that, according to the practice of Shanghai Inventec Incorporated Company, the paper probes to set up a set of indexes of performance evaluation to evaluate the distribution system. Lastly it makes a performance evaluation by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The conclusion of this paper can help large and medium scale enterprises to build up an efficient and reasonable logistics distribution system and change the unreasonable parts in their existing distribution system . Besides it also makes a valuable reference for enterprises to develop MIS in logistics distribution.
