抽油机倒发电与节能自动控制系统的研究

【摘要】 本课题运用新型电力电子技术和计算机控制技术研究开发了一种电机功率因数自调整及节能控制系统,一方面通过对定子电压的寻优控制,解决了“大马拉小车”问题,改善了电机的工作效率;另一方面开发了一种电机“倒发电”能量自动处理系统,通过倒发电吸收单元的实时切换控制,将倒发电反馈的能量及时准确地进行处理,使其在井口利用不返回电网。由于双管齐下,电机电网侧的功率因数得到了大大提高。与传统的可控硅移相控制方式不同,本系统采用全控型电力电子器件IGBT等快速模块及高频PWM控制方式,对抽油机电机的交流供电电压进行自动控制,不存在可控硅相控角所带来的功率因数变差的问题,真正提高了抽油机电网侧的功率因数。 样机采用了逆变式PWM变流技术,对其进行了现场测试与试运行,测试结果是电网侧的功率因数可达0.95以上,跟踪调压效果良好,变流系统输出调压系数(k)随负载率(p)的变化曲线基本满足直线关系,输出波形呈平滑稳定的正弦波。具有一定的节能效果。

【Abstract】 The Beam Pumping Motor Generates Electricity with Economy Energy Automatically Handle The System’s ResearchA self-adjusted of power factor of motor and energy saving system used new type electric and electronic techniques and computer controlled techniques is introduced. On one hand, the problem of "big horse pulls little wagon" is resolved and the working efficiency of motor is improved by optimizing way to control the stator’s voltage; On the other hand, an energy automatic processing system of "electric motor generates electricity" is developed, in which, the energy of the feedback of motor generating electricity is processed duly and correctly through real-time switch control of the generating electricity absorbing energy cell and is used at wellhead instead of returning power net. Due to the above factors, power factor in power net of motor is improved greatly. The system is different from traditional silicon controlled dephasing method, such speedy modules as whole controlled electric and electronic equipment IGBT and high frequency PWM controlling methods are employed, and the voltage of exchanging power supply of motor of beam pumping units can be controlled automatically, so there is no problem of power factor being decreased brought by silicon controlled phase single controlled, power factor in power net of beam pumping units’ motor is enhanced really.The inverted PWM changing electric current the technique is applied in the prototype model. The prototype model was tested and operated on spot, power factor could reach beyond 0.95, the effect of following modulating voltage was better, the curve of factor of modulated voltage of exchanging systems changed following load rate was linear, the output of wave form was a flat and steady sinusoidal wave. It has certain effect of saving energy.
