油田抽油机智能节电控制器的研制

【摘要】 随着油田原油的不断开采,老油田的低产井越来越多,油井空抽现象也越来越严重,合理地控制抽油机的开机时间与停机时间长度,可以达到节电、防止击液引起的油杆断裂以及抽油机磨损减少的目的。 解决油井空抽现象的关键是合理控制开机时间与停机时间长度,本文对各种检测方法进行了理论分析及成本比较,认为功率检测最行之有效,同时提出了功率检测的几种实现方法,即瞬时功率法、人工电耗法、设定功耗法及效益功耗法,所设计的节电控制器集以上四种方法于一身,可通过自动/手动切换采取不同的功率检测方法,使其适应范围增宽。 为实现合理的控制,该智能节电控制器采用了Atmel公司出品的AVR芯片90S8535,围绕该芯片进行了软、硬件设计。文章介绍了该节电控制器在现场使用的测试效果。

【Abstract】 As crude oil is extracted continuously in oil field, there are more and more low yield oil wells in old oil field, and the problem of void pumping is becoming more serious. Rational control of the pump’s work and rest time can save electricity, prevent the break of beam hanger caused by beating liquid, and reduce attrition of the pump.Rational control of the pump’s work and rest time is the key to solve the problem of void pumping. This essay gives theoretical analysis and cost comparison of every detective method, considers power detection as the most effective method, and puts forward several ways of power consumption and effectiveness power consumption at the same time. The designed electricity saving controller integrate all the above four methods, and it can work with different methods by switch between automatic and manual to broaden its accommodation.To achieve rational control, this intelligent electricity saving controller adopts the AVR(90S8535) chip which is produced by Atmel company, and has the related software and hardware design of the chip.
