塑料异型材挤出模具计算机辅助工艺设计

【摘要】 塑料异型材挤出模具产品的需求不同与一般的产品,它要求的是小批量,多品种。而且,随着市场的要求,其个性化非常强烈。这些都要求我们在设计与制造塑料异型材挤出模具时,尽可能地提高自动化程度,利用计算机等先进的设备与手段去提高产品的质量,缩短产品的开发周期,从而适应市场的需求与竞争。因此其CAPP系统的开发具有重要的应用价值。 本文根据塑料异型材挤出模具企业的生产现状和CAPP系统的发展趋势,采用综合式CAPP系统开发了塑料异型材挤出模具计算机辅助工艺设计系统。系统具有检索、派生、创成等多种决策功能,根据挤出模具零件不同的结构特点而采用不同的工艺实现方法。综合应用了特征建模技术,数据库技术,成组技术,OLE技术,工序优先级方法等完成了系统的开发。系统初步实现了塑料异型材挤出模具零件工艺的计算机辅助设计,有利于提高塑料异型材挤出模具零件工艺规程设计效率和质量、缩短产品的制造周期。

【Abstract】 The producing characteristics of plastic profile extrusion die products are different from that of general products, which are smalllot and varieties, i.e. the products have their own individuation according to the requirements of consumers. In order to meet the needs of aspects above-mentioned, to enhance automation degree as possible, to improve its quality, to shorten its developing cycle must be reached by using advanced devices and means (e.g. computer) as we design and manufacture plastic profile extrusion die. Consequently, plastic profile extrusion die products can adapt to the requirements of market and competition. Therefore, the development of the computer aided process planning (CAPP) system for plastic profile extrusion die is very necessary and important.According to the current manufacturing situation of plastic profile extrusion die enterprises and the developing trend of CAPP system, a computer aided process planning system for the process design of plastic profile extrusion die was developed by using hybrid CAPP system, in which there are different decision-making functions of search, variant and generative. It employed different process planning methods in terms of different structures of plastic profile extrusion die. Several techniques, such as feature modeling, database, group technology, OLE, process PRI, were used to build the system. The system can partially realize the process planning of plastic profile extrusion die parts, therefore, the efficiency and quality of process planning can be improved, manufacturing cycle can be decreased.
