塑料异型材挤出模具稳定性的研究

【摘要】 目前,随着国内型材市场的激烈竞争,型材生产形成了大规模生产的特点,对挤出模具提出了更高的要求。近年来,国内模具的制造技术有了很大的提高,但仍然不能满足型材大规模生产对模具的高速稳定的要求。虽然进口挤出模具的价格数倍于国产模具,但国内主要型材厂家模具的使用格局却是进口模具为主,国产模具为辅。针对这一问题,我们与国风公司联合申报并完成合肥市科委重点科研项目——塑料异型材新型高效挤出模具的研制。 本论文是在完成该课题的基础上,对挤出模具稳定性的问题进行了深入研究。通过比较和研究国内外挤出模具的实际使用状况,得出了国内外模具质量的差异主要是模具的稳定性的结论。由于在型材生产中工艺参数的波动是不可避免的,对挤出模具的稳定性的要求就是能有一个宽的工艺范围来适应这些不可避免的工艺波动,提出要对挤出模具进行稳定性设计的概念,并总结出模具稳定性设计的几方面措施。为合理选择和准确实施这些措施,还需要对塑料熔体在模头内的流变规律和型材在定型模和水箱里的冷却变形规律等进行深入研究,本人对型材的冷却变形规律进行了探索性研究。重点是采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,分析了一个正方形框型材在定型模和水箱里的冷却变形状况,获得出了一些具有实际参考价值的结果。

【Abstract】 At present,with the drastic competition of the native plastic profile market,the production of plastic profile has formed mass production’s peculiarity,which put forward the higher request for plastic profile extrusion die.The manufacture technology of native die has been greatly improved,but it can’t satisfy the require of high speed and stability which come from the plastic profie’s mass production.The price of import extrusion die is several times than that of native die,but the use of extrusion die’s situation is that the import die’s users become more while the native die’s useres are less especially in the leading native plastic profile factories.Aimed at the issue,we associated with the Guofeng Plastic to declare and finish the key item of scientific committee of Hefei,which is the research on the new and high efficient plastic profile extrusion die.The research of the thesis is the problem of the plastic profile die’s stability,which is based on the scientific research.The conclusion of the difference of native and overseas’plastic profile extrusion die is that the die’s stability through comparison and study the status of native and overseas’ plastic profile extrusion die.Just because the fluctuation of the technics’ parameters are not avoidable in the production of the plastic profile.To satisfy the require of the stability of extrusion die,we should have a wide technic range to adapt these unavoidable technic fluctuation.In this paper, I put forward the concept of extrusion die’s stability,and I summarize the measurement of the plastic profile extrusion die’s stability. In order to select the measurement reasonably and execute the measurement exactly, we should do more research work on the rheology’s rule of the plastic melt in the mould and the cooling distortion rule of plastic profile in the shape mould and water tank. I has researched the cooling distortion rule.The research emphasis is to analyze the cooling rule of the plastic profile in the shape mould and water tank using the FEM software ANSYS,and to gain some results which have practical reference value.
