基于品质BOM的制造质量数字化管理模式的研究

【摘要】 针对全面质量管理信息化易流于形式,且难以在企业实际生产中得以实施的现状,提出了全面质量数字化管理模式,构建了面向企业运作过程中所有质量活动的品质BOM(Bill of Materials)体系。该体系以产品结构和配置为引导,作为产品质量数据流合理有效的载体和组织形式,合理、完整、有序地组织和管理产品质量数据,最大程度地解决了质量数据的分散性问题,便于实现高质量的产品质量统计过程控制;在此基础上,以制造质量控制为例,建立了制造过程质量控制的功能模型及数据模型,详细阐述了制造品质BOM的生成方法和过程,以制造品质BOM作为制造质量数据流的组织形式,有利于实现制造质量统计过程控制,进而实现基于品质BOM的制造质量数字化管理,并论证了全面质量数字化管理模式的可行性和品质BOM体系的有效性。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the status that Total Quality Management is often formalized and difficult to realize in the practical activities in enterprise, the Total Quality Digital Management Mode is advanced. Quality Bills of Materials system orienting all quality activities in enterprise operational process is built. As a reasonable and effective carrier and organic form of product quality data stream, Quality BOM is based on product structure and configuration and helpful to implement better product statistical quality process control to resolve data separation. Based on the mode, manufacturing quality control is illustrated. The functional and data models of manufacturing process quality control are built and the generation methods and process are expounded. By Manufacturing Quality BOM, the exact manufacturing quality process control is easier to carry out so as to realize product manufacturing quality digital management. Finally, the feasibility of Total Quality Digital Management mode and the validity of Quality BOM are demonstrated.
