【摘要】 走可持续发展之路，是21世纪全球经济社会发展的主旋律，可持续旅游业是当今世界旅游业发展的主导方向，它不仅可以实现旅游经济的良性循环，而且可以维护生态系统平衡。作为区域可持续发展的重要内容，实现旅游可持续发展有助于促进区域人口、资源、环境、经济以及社会的协调发展。本文首先归纳了可持续发展理论产生的背景、概念及内涵、基本特征，并对国内外有关可持续发展研究的进展作了回顾和总结。在此基础上，本文以可持续发展理论为指导，对深圳旅游资源、旅游发展现状进行了全面、客观的评价，并深入分析了深圳旅游业发展中存在的问题，从而探究出制约深圳市旅游可持续发展的主要因素。 本文依据可持续发展理论，从深圳旅游业的现实状况(包括在国际国内的地位、与深圳经济的关系、与城市定位的关系等)，市场因素、总量、结构等几方面分析，结合深圳旅游业发展的实际，对深圳旅游业发展的可持续性从经济、社会、资源与生态环境三个方面进行了总体的定性描述和定量分析。分析认为，深圳旅游在过去的二十年中，基本上是持续不断增长的，具有较强的可持续性，旅游环境设施等得到极大改善，但还缺乏一定的稳定性；近期旅游收入增长趋缓，旅游生态环境有恶化的趋势，旅游自然资源遭到破坏，深圳旅游业定位不十分准确，应变能力不强，旅游新产品开发不合理等等这些因素都成为深圳旅游可持续发展的巨大障碍。针对这些制约因素，作者提出了相应的对策，包括发展生态旅游、合理定位、有效管理、大力宣传、增强应变能力等相关措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Maintaining development is the main rhythm of the 21st century .Sustainable tourist is the leading direction of today " s tourist industry in the world ,it cannot only realize smooth recycle of tourist economy, but can also sustain the balance of ecosystem .As the important content of area sustainable development, realizing sustainable development of the tourist industry can help promoting harmonious development in term of population, resources, circumstances, economy and society. The paper sums up the background, conception, intension basic character of the sustainable development theory, and reviews and summarizes sustainable development investigative headway at home and abroad,the paper overall and objectively evaluates Shenzhen ’ tourist resource andcurrent development, then analyses existent problems in developing the tourist industry in Shenzhen which may lead to the explorations of the reasons forrestricting the development of the city " s tourist industry.The paper analyses Shenzhen actual status (including the international and domestic status, the relation to Shenzhen " s economy, orientation and so on ),market factors, gross, structure according to the theory of sustainable development, unites Shenzhen tourist development facts, qualitatively describes and measurably analyses sustainable development of Shenzhen tourist industry from economic social resources, it is analysed that Shenzhen tourist industry is sustainable for the past two decades, that it has that relatively strong sustainability, that the tourist conditions are improved greatly, but it is lack of stability. In the near future, tourist income is decreasing, tourist zoology circumstance is exasperating, tourist resources are destroyed, its orientation is not very accurate,its ability of answering to change is not strong, new tourist product is not explored reasonably, all factors become the obstacle to sustainable development of Shenzhen tourist. So the author brings forward corresponding countermeasure, including developing zoology tourist, reasonable orientation, available management, powerful publicity increasing ability of encountering disasters according to these restricted factors.更多还原
