【摘要】 “投资环境”是指投资条件与投资效益的有机结合体。这一概念，最突出、最明显的特点，是其空间地域差异性，投资于不同地区会产生完全不同的结果，而对于投资者来讲，是影响其投资收益和风险的主要因素。本研究试图从研究区域的经济环境、社会文化环境以及自然环境等方面来论证鄂东地区是湖北省投资环境最优的地区，也是我国投资环境的名优地区。 本文的基本研究框架为：首先对本研究的范围进行界定，并在此基础上对所研究区域的自然环境、经济环境、社会文化环境进行比较分析，通过比较分析和区位优势值的计算得出湖北是五省交换的中心，鄂东是中部地区南部六省交换的核心。鄂东具有非常明显的区位优势和投资环境优势。鄂东地区的武汉具有“龙头”地位和无可替代的作用，其中的黄梅、黄鄂、孝应云、麻城又是鄂东投资的黄金城市地区。更多还原

【Abstract】 Investment environment refers to the organic combination of investment condition and benefit. Investment environment is highly characteristic of regional differences. Investment in different regions will surely produce quite different results, which to the investors is the main factor affecting the benefit and hazard of investment. The author of this thesis makes an attempt to prove that east of Hubei is the optimum region for investment in terms of its natural, economic and cultural environment.the frame of the thesis goes as follows: The author first makes a detailed analysis and comparison of the natural, economic, social and cultural environment of the research area, and then comes to the conclusion that hub is the exchange Hubei of five provinces, and east of Hubei the exchange hub of the six southern provinces in central China. East of Hubei enjoys conspicuous geographical superiority and investment advantage, with Wuhan playing a predominant role in this area and other cities like Huangmei as the golden investment area.更多还原
