【摘要】 邓小平小康社会思想指的就是以邓小平为代表的中国共产党人关于回答和解决“什么是小康社会，怎样建设小康社会”问题的系统理论，它是在我国改革开放与现代化建设伟大实践中产生的重要理论成果，是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。本文从以下方面对邓小平小康社会思想进行了系统研究。首先，研究了小康概念溯源及其内涵的演变。此部分主要论述了“小康”概念古今内涵的不同。“小康”概念在中国的传统文化中占有重要地位，但古代的“小康”其内涵主要指一种建立在封建私有制基础上的以儒家文化为特征的生活比较宽裕，人民安居乐业的生活状态。邓小平则对“小康”概念赋予了新的时代内涵。它是作为一种现代化发展目标来认识，是对社会主义进程中的一个特定阶段发展状态的形象描述，是体现中国特色社会主义性质的概念，是展现中华民族雄心壮志的集中概括。其次，研究了邓小平小康社会思想的形成与发展。此部分阐述了邓小平小康社会思想形成与发展的理论与实践，历史与现实的条件。时代背景条件是和平与发展成为当今世界主题，历史条件是社会主义与现代化建设的历史经验教训，理论前提条件是马列主义毛泽东思想，实践基础条件是改革开放与现代化建设的伟大实践；研究了邓小平小康社会思想的形成与发展的历史过程，其过程主要划分为四个阶段；分析了邓小平小康社会思想形成与发展的特点。第三，研究了邓小平小康社会思想的基本内容。此部分阐述了建设小康社会的目标标准是经济、政治、文化、生态等方面实现全面协调发展；论述了建设小康社会的首要任务是大力发展生产力；阐述了建设小康社会提出了分步实施的战略步骤；阐述了建设小康社会的战略重点是农村，是中西部，是农业、能源与交通、教育与科学；论述了建设小康社会的经济保证是对外开放政策，建立市场经济体制；政治保证是坚持社会主义，维护政局稳定等；文化保证是加强精神文明建设；论述了建设小康社会的最终目的是共同富裕；阐述了实现小康社会目标具有重要的经济、政治、军事和国际意义。最后，研究了邓小平小康社会思想的理论特色与价值。此部分分析了邓小平小康社会思想的理论特色，其理论特色是：求实性、国际性、创新性、系统性；阐述了邓豁硕士学位论文MASTER’ST}IFSIS小平小康社会思想的理论价值。它是对马克思主义科学社会主义理论的重大发展和贡献;它是对我党现代化理论的重大发展，是邓小平理论的重要组成部分;它是指导我国经济、社会发展的重要战略指导思想;它是实现中华民族伟大复兴的精神支柱和强大的理论武器。更多还原

【Abstract】 Deng Xiaoping’s thought about a well-off society is the theory system of "what a well-off society is, how to build a well-off society ", which is based on our great concrete practice of the reform and open-door policy, and of modern construction of the socialism, it’s a very important component of Deng Xiaoping’s theory. The article expounds Deng Xiaoping’s thought about a well-off society from the following aspects.Firstly,study of he original and developmental meaning of well-off.The part analyses different concept about "well-off’ between now and the past. The concept of "well-off’ has an important place in Chinese traditional culture, but in the past, it mainly indicates comfortable and pleased living condition which based on feudalism private ownership and the confucianists culture. Nevertheless, there are new ages meaning in the concept of "well-off " which was defined by Deng Xiaoping. It’s a great goal of modern development, a vivid description of a special stage in the socialism development, a concept of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, and a highly generalization of Chinese people’s great ambition.Secondly,study of the Formation and development of Deng Xiaoping’s thought about a well-off society.the part includes three aspect.it expounds the theory and practice in the formation and development of Deng Xiaoping’s thought about a well-off society, and its historical and present conditions. The world subject of peace and development is its realistic background, the historical and experience lessons of mordern construction of the socialism is its historical condition, Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong thought is the theoretical prerequiste, the great practice of the reform and open-door policy and mordern costruction of the socialism is its practical condition.it discusses the historical process of the formation and development of Deng Xiaoping’s thought a well-off society ,this process includes four stages, the characteristics of the formation and developmentof Deng Xiaoping’s thought about a well-off society is also analysed.Thirdly,study of the main content of Deng Xiaoping’s thought about a well-off society.it discusses the goal of a well-off society is coordinated development of economy, politics, culture and ecology ; it discusses its most important task is developing productive forces with all our strength; it discusses its strategy measure which should be carried out step by step; it discusses its strategy focus is the rural areas, central and western section, agriculture, energy and traffic, education and science;it discusses that its economical guarantee is the open-door policy, the construction of market directed economy system; Its political guarantee is to persist in socialism, to defend the stable political situation; Culture guarantee is to strengthen the construction of culture life;it discusses that its ultimate goal is the prosperity of all people;it discusses that this goal has important economical, political, military and international significance.Fourthly,study of the theoretic characteristics and the value of Deng Xiao ping’s thought about a well-off society.the part includes two aspect: it analyses the theoretic characteristics of Deng Xiaoping’s thought about a well-off society, thus is practicality, internationalism, creativity, systematism;it discusses the value of this thought. This thought follows and develops the scientific socialism of Marxism, it’s a great development about our party’s theory of modern construction, it has very important guide significance to our economic and social development, it’s our Chinese people’s spiritual prop and powerful theoretic basis for the great national rejuvenation.更多还原
