【摘要】 校外公寓作为高校后勤社会化改革的一项产物，是大学生休息、生活、娱乐、学习的重要场所，也是在课外对大学生进行思想政治教育的重要场所和阵地。校外公寓思想政治教育工作有别于校内学生思想政治教育工作，加强思想政治教育进校外公寓研究，把思想政治教育工作推进校外公寓既是进一步完善和构筑高校思想政治教育工作理论体系的需要，也是扩大思想政治教育覆盖面，适应校外公寓思想政治教育工作现状，增强思想政治教育实效性的需要。 大学生入住校外公寓后，影响大学生思想行为的外部因素发生变化，原有的思想政治教育工作体系和思想政治教育管理保障制度等也已不能适应校外公寓思想政治教育工作现状，要求建立一套思想政治教育进校外公寓的新思路。推进思想政治教育进校外公寓，应该注意掌握和运用四条基本原则：即实事求是原则，以人为本原则，主体性原则，系统性原则。推进思想政治教育进校外公寓的工作思路是：建立有效的思想政治教育进校外公寓工作机制，充分发挥大学生在思想政治教育进校外公寓过程中的主体作用，加强校外公寓文化建设，充分发挥网络思想政治教育在思想政治教育工作进校外公寓中的作用，建立科学的思想政治教育进校外公寓管理体系。 校外公寓思想政治教育工作是一项新的系统工程，需要高校、政府、社会和家庭共同参与和努力才能出成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Outside-campus blocks of flats are the product of the reform of logistics socialization in colleges and universities.They are both the very place where college students rest, entertain and study, and the very place where we educate the students ideologically after class. The ideological education within the outside-campus blocks of flats is different from that within the inside-campus blocks of flats. Therefore the enforcement of the study on and the promotion of the enterance of ideological education into the outside-campus blocks of flats meets the need of building and improving the ideological education system in collages and universities , widening the range of ideological education situation of outside-campus blocks of flats, and increasing the effectiveness of ideological education.After college students enter the outside-campus blocks of flats, the external factors affecting their thoughts and deeds have already changed. The existing ideological education system and the corresponding guarantee system no laonger suit for the ideological education within the outside-campus blocks of flats.In doing so, four principles should be paid attention to: the principle of being practical and realistic, the principle of human orientation, the principle of main-bodyism and the systematic principle.In carrying out the ideological education within the outside-campus blocks of flats we should esthlish effective work mechanism, make the most of the main body function of college students, promate the cultural construction within the outside-campus blocks of flats, make full use of the cyper space and establish scientific management system.The ideological education in the outside-campus blocks of flats is a newsystematic project, and only the participation and hard work of colleges and universities, the government, the relevant fannilies and the whole society can result in effectiveness.更多还原
