【摘要】 本文通过对位于浙江省宁波市北仑区L村的社区公共生活的现状考察，来揭示浙东农村社区公共生活的现代转型趋势。 论文首先从个人、国家、社会三个层面对社区公共生活概念进行了构造，在此基础上提出了农村社区公共生活的三个历史形态：“宗族影响下的公共生活”、“国家政治控制下的公共生活”、“社区自治背景下的公共生活”，为L村的社区公共生活现状进行了历史定位。 为了更好得理解公共生活转型，论文介绍了个案村的概况及导致其转型的社会背景。论文认为经济上的市场化取向、政治上的民主化进程和社会阶层分化推动着农村社区公共生活的现代转型。 论文着重选取事实对20世纪90年代中期后的农村社区公共生活的基本面貌进行了揭示，这些事实有：L村村政功能由管理到服务的转化；活跃的农村社区民间组织——L村的老年协会；居民参与——L村的公共娱乐；一个公共事件的思考——棉农的行动。根据这些事实对农村社区公共生活的转型的基本趋势进行了总结。 最后，论文还揭示了浙东农村社区现代转型所蕴含的意义。文章认为社区公共生活转型意味着“善治”，意味着社区“社会资本”的增加，更重要的是推动着中国社会形成一个强大的“公民社会”。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the investigation of current situation of rural community’s public life in L Village, Beilun District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, This paper tried to provide the modern transition trend of the rural community’s public life in the east of Zhejiang Province.The author firstly constructed the conception of community’s public life from three aspects: individual, national, society. Based on that, the paper has put forward three historical forms of rural community’s public life:" the public life under the influences of clan "," the public life under the control of national politics ", "the public life under the community’s autonomy ", which made a historical location for the current situation of rural community’s public life in L Village.To make a better understanding of transformation of public life, the paper made a brief introduction about L Village and the social background which caused the transformation. The author made a conclusion that there were three factors which promoted the modern transformation in rural community’s public life: market-based orientation in economic field, democratization process in political field, stratum differentiation in social field.The paper has chosen several facts to disclose the fundamental features of rural community’s public life. These facts including: the functions of village’s administration have transformed from management to serving, the active non-government organization of rural community -- OldAssociation of L Village, resident participation--public amusement of LVillage, thinking of a public incident--action of the cotton grower. Basedon the facts above, the author summarized the basic trend of transformation of the rural community’s public life.Finally, the paper also disclosed the significance contained in the modern transformation of rural community’s public life in the east of Zhejiang Province. The author suggested that the transformation of community’s public life means "good governance" , also means the increase of " social capital ", more importantly, it promote the society to form a strong " Civil society" in China.更多还原
