N,N’-二(取代亚水杨基)-2,6-吡啶二氨席夫碱及其金属配合物的研究

【摘要】 本文用2,6-二氨基吡啶与水杨醛或其衍生物合成了一类四种吡啶双席夫碱,它们分别是N,N’-二(亚水杨基)-2,6-吡啶二氨(L)、N,N’-二(5-溴亚水杨基)-2,6-吡啶二氨(5-BrL)、N,N’-二(5-硝基亚水杨基)-2,6-吡啶二氨(5-NO2L)和N,N’-二(3-硝基亚水杨基)-2,6-吡啶二氨(3-NO2L),同时用四种席夫碱配体合成了它们与Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)和VO(Ⅱ)的共24个过渡金属配合物。 对所合成的全部化合物用元素分析、红外光谱、电子光谱及摩尔电导等进行了表征,配体还用质谱,核磁共振氢谱进行了表征,并根据以上表征确定了所合成化合物的组成,推出了它们的可能结构。配体都是四齿配体,它们通过亚胺氮原子和酚氧原子与金属离子配位,配体与金属离子的物质的量之比为1:1。Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)具有近似平面四边形构型,V(Ⅳ)具有近似四方锥构型,且均为非电解质。 用光度法测试了四个系列部分化合物在不同浓度下对水稻幼苗细胞相对存活率的影响,结果表明:各系列化合物在10ppm-1ppm浓度时对水稻幼苗细胞生长有一定的促进作用,其中5-BrL系列化合物对水稻幼苗生长的促进作用要高一些。 用光度法测试了5-BrL系列部分化合物在不同浓度下对水稻幼苗SOD、POD酶的影响,结果表明:配体在所有浓度范围内几乎都是抑制作用,而配合物在10ppm-1ppm浓度时表现为促进作用,其中Cu(Ⅱ)配合物的活性较好。 各系列VO(Ⅱ)配合物,以H2O2为氧源,对其催化苯乙烯环氧化的性质进行了研究,实验结果表明:配体为5-NO2L的VO(Ⅱ)配合物催化苯乙烯氧化为苯基环氧乙烷的转化率最高,达到29.7%;配合物的环氧化活性在略微偏碱性时最高。

【Abstract】 In this thesis, four Schiff base ligands containing pyridyl ring and twenty -four coordination compounds of Cu( II), Ni( II), Zn( II), Mn( II), Co( II) and VO( II) with these ligands have been synthesized. The four schiff-base ligands are N,N -bis(salicylidene)-2,6-pyridinediamine(L), N,N -bis(5-bromosalicylidene) -2,6-pyridinediamine(5-BrL), N,N -bis(5-nitrosalicylidene)-2,6-pyridinediamine (5-NO2L), N,N -bis-(3-nitrosalicylidene)-2,6-pyridinediamme (3-NO2L).Elemental analysis, IR, UV/vis, TG-DTA and molar electro-conductivity measurement were used to characterize all the compounds. The ligands were identified by ’H-NMR and MS additionally. The chemical formulae and possible structures of the compounds were proposed based on the characterization. The ligands are quadridentate, and they coordinate with the metal ions through imidic nitrogen(s) and phenolic oxygen(s). Besides the vanadyl complexes adopt square-pyramidal geometry, these bivalent metal ions all adopts square geometry. All the complexes are nonelectrolyte.5-BrL series compounds and some of the complexes were tested by illumination method for their effect on relative survival rate in paddy seed sprouts and almost all the tested complexes promoted the relative survival rate at proper concentrations. Of all the tested complexes, 5-BrL series complexes have higher efficacy.5-BrL series complexes were experimented for their influences on superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) in paddy seed sprouts by illumination method. All the tested complexes, except for 5-BrL, can activate SOD and POD at proper concertrations and Cu( II) complexes show better activity.All vanadyl complexes were experimented for their catalytic activity of epoxidation of styrene. VO-5-NO2L has the highest catalytic activity and the complex has higher catalytic activity at alkalescent atmosphere.
