张拉整体拱架结构工作阶段受力性能分析

【摘要】 张拉整体拱架结构— — STRARCH是一种新型的空间结构体系,与传统空间 结构相比,这种结构的施工方法是在拱架安装就位后,对拱架下弦中的钢索进行 张拉,使得结构最终呈现出拱的形状,整个施工过程完全在地面上实现,具有跨 度大、构造简单、施工简便、造价低廉等显著的优点,是一种具有很好的工程应 用前景的新型结构体系。可以广泛应用于体育场馆、大型商场、大容量仓库等大 型工业与民用建筑。     本文通过非线性有限元分析对张拉整体拱架结构的成形阶段和工作阶段进 行了研究,重点在于研究工作阶段的受力性能,对成形阶段的分析是为了利用统 一连续的方法,准确地将成形初应力施加到工作阶段的有限元模型中。首先分析 比较了结构在不同工况下的受力,并在此基础上,研究了结构上弦塑性发展的情 况,找出了结构在每个阶段的最不利位置;探讨了成形初应力和下弦带有缺陷的 杆件对工作阶段的受力影响,得出了一些重要的结论;对若干具体的算例进行了 分析,研究了几个重要参数对结构工作阶段受力性能的影响:最后对张拉整体拱 架结构的自振特性进行了研究。     本文的研究成果对进一步的理论和实验研究具有一定的指导意义,为全面掌 握张拉整体拱架结构的工作原理奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 STRARCH is a new space structural system. Compared with the traditionalspace structural, STRARCH will be assembled at ground level, followed by apost-tensioning process to lift the structure into its final arch configuration, theassembly can be finished wholly at ground level. it has many advantages such as longspan, simple composition, convenient construction and inexpensive cost and will havethe important advantage in the future application. STRARCH can be used forgymnasium, shopping mall, and large storage, especially for hanger. This paper studies shape forming stage and working stage of STRARCH, thoughnonlinear finite element analysis. The key part of the paper is the study for loadbehaviors at working stage. The aim of analyzing shape forming stage is for solvingthe question of applying the member forces produced in the shape forming process tothe finite element models of load analysis, by a whole and continuous analysis method.first, analyzing and comparing load behaviors under different load; on the basis ofload behaviors, analyzing the development of plastic and find the most disadvantageposition at each stage; analyzing the influencing that the member forces produced inthe shape forming process and the disabled bottom chords to load behaviors atworking stage and lots of useful conclusions are drawn; according to some example,studying some significant factors that have influence on the working stage of theSTRARCH; last, analyzing vibration characteristic. The research results of this paper have certain directive significance on furthertheory and experiment, and have established the foundation for mastering theprinciple of structure in an all-round way.
