异性纤维检测系统研究及硬件实现

【摘要】 摘 要 棉花杂质检验是整个棉花检测工作中的一个重要组成部分。通过杂质检验可确定棉花的含杂量。检验杂质的含量和分析杂质的种类,有助于改进棉花初步加工的工艺措施,提高皮棉品质。棉纺厂可以据此正确计算用棉量,采用相应工艺措施,使成纱疵点减少、条干均匀,显著提高生产效率和成品质量,降低成本。因此杂质检验具有重要意义。 本课题所设计的异性纤维检测系统即是针对这一杂质检测问题开发的。本系统基于数字信号处理器 ADSP-21535 定点 DSP,以工控机为核心,由 CPLD 和 FPGA提供系统的逻辑控制信号,进行高速实时图像处理,排除棉花异性纤维。系统包含 CCD 摄像头,ADSP-21535 数字处理器子板,基于 FPGA 的 I/O 控制子板,工控机等。 系统通过 CCD 摄像头采样棉花图像数据,用 DSP 依照设计的算法对数据进行高速处理,通过工控机总体协调控制相应外围设备,剔除不符合标准的杂质并能在 PC 机上设置能够实时显示管道中流动的棉花的界面。 信号处理部分的主体是 DSP 子系统。通过 PCI 插卡板的形式 DSP 子系统内置于工控机内。通过 PCI 接口的连接,能够有效地利用 PC 机资源,降低开发成本,尤其通过 PC 机的图形界面操作极大地方便了 DSP 系统调试,具有很强的应用价值。本文主要讲述系统的硬件设计和图象处理原理以及系统部分软件设计。 本论文先介绍异纤分拣系统背景发展状况,然后依次论述检测核心算法(检测和示教),系统方案设计,系统硬件设计,及 ADSP-21535 应用开发等。

【Abstract】 Detecting impurity for cotton is an important part for all detecting cotton work. Throughdetecting impurity, we may know the impure content in the cotton. Inspecting amount of impurityand analyzing kinds of impure cotton help to improve on technologic methods for elementaryprocessing cotton and lint of good quality. According to impurity inspection, spinning mill couldaccurately compute the amount of cotton required and through adopting the correct technologicmethods, finished yarn could decrease the defects, reduce the cost, improve the quality anduniform the strips. So impurity inspection is very important. The thesis mainly describes detecting system is developed for the impurity detection. Thesystem is base on fixed signal processor ADSP-21535 to do the high-speed real time imageprocess to clean out the foreign fibre. The core of the system is industry PC,CPLD and FPGAprovide the system logical control signals. System include CCD camera, ADSP-21535 DSPboard,I/O control board base on FPGA,industrial PC etc. The system sample data by CCD camera, process the data by DSP using designed algorithmand harmonize the peripheral equipments by PC for sorting the impurity and displaying the cottonin the pipeline . The DSP subsystem is the main part of the signal process segment. It is setted into theindustry PC by PCI add-in card form.Through PCI slot we can effectivly use the PC`s resource,reduce the cost of system development. Especially through the graphics interface of the PC, debugDSP system become very convenience. So it has very wide application meaning.This thesis ismainly describe the hardware design,detecting algorithm,and part of software design of thesystem.. Firstly, the thesis introduces the development background of the foreign fibre detection. Then,It sets forth in turn the core, system scheme design, system hareware design, and application ofADSP-21535.
