二维条码识别工具的构建

【摘要】 条码技术是随通信技术,计算机技术的发展应运而生的自动识别技术的一种。根据二进制编码规则对应形成的由对光反映率不同的条、空组成的图形,经光电扫描识读器扫描,将采集的信息经处理器进行处理,从而达到自动识别的目的。条码技术自出现以来,得到了人们的普遍关注,发展十分迅速,已广泛用于交通运输、商业、医疗卫生、制造业、仓储业、邮电业等领域,极大的提高了数据采集和信息处理的速度,提高了工作效率,并为管理的科学化、信息化和现代化作出了贡献。目前常用的是一维条码,但一维条码最大的弱点就是表征的信息量是有限的,需要依赖外部数据库支持,离开这个数据库条码本身就没有意义了。二维条码克服了这一弱点,它是在一维条码基础上形成的高密度、高信息量的条码,可以将大量信息在小区域内编码,它本身就是一个完整的数据文件,是实现证件、卡片等信息存储、携带并可以通过机器自动识读的理想方法。 要使二维条码在国内推广普及,必须借助于高效灵活的二维条码识别工具。利用图像传感器构成图像采集板,在此试验基础之上,并借鉴现有的条码扫描器的设计方法,通过反复论证,提出了二维条码识别工具的一种新的设计方案。目的就是为了降低条码识别工具的成本,提高识别效率和操作的灵活性。 本文详细介绍了二维条码识别工具的新的设计方案。利用CMOS图象传感器采集条码图像数据,通过高速数字信号处理芯片TMS320VC33进行信息处理,并利用FPGA进行系统状态控制,从而完成对二维条码的快速识别。文中阐明了系统工作原理、功能以及硬件实现方法。详细的论述了怎样利用FPGA控制系统的状态,并给出了仿真图形。同时也简单阐述了二维条码的特点,以及在我国的发展状况。

【Abstract】 With development of communication and computer technology, bar code technology came into bing, it is one of automated identification technology. According to the binary encoding rule, some bars and spaces compose of the bar code figure. The scanner reads the figure and processor decodes informations. Since bar code technology came forth, people have paid important attention to it. The bar code technology has abroad applied in transportations, bussiness, medical treatment, manufacturing, storage, postage fields and so on. The bar code technology has improved the speed of data collection and information processing, increased the work efficiency, now one-dimensional bar codes are most widespread, but the information which one-dimensional bar codes stores is limited, this is also its most weakenss.It must depend on external database. Without the database, one-dimensional bar codes can not have meanings. Two-dimensional bar codes overcome this weakness, it can encode a large ament of information in a small area, is a full data file. It is an ideal method, which can store information on card and can be decoded by scanner.In order to popularize the domestic two-dimensional bar code, we must design flexible two-dimensional bar code identification tools. We utilize image sensor to structure the image collection circuit board. On the basis of the experiments, we consult the principle of the existing two-dimensional bar code identification tools and put forward a new design. Our purpose is to reduce the cost of tool and improve the efficiency.The article introduces the new design of two-dimensional bar codes scanner. The scaning of two-dimensional bar codes is accomplished using CMOS image sensor, high speed DSP is utilized to process image data, FPGA is utilized to control the states of system. The new design has made scaning quicker and easier. The article describes the principle, function and hardware structure of system. The important content of article is the discussion of the function of FPGA. At the same time, the article also sets forth the characteristics and development status of two-dimensional bar codes.
