一种新型SMA-橡胶支座及在网壳结构中的隔震研究

【摘要】 摘 要 本文主要设计和研究开发了一种新型形状记忆合金-橡胶支座,并研究探讨了其在网壳结构中的隔震理论和隔震性能。首先,对结构振动控制在大跨空间结构中的应用和形状记忆合金在结构振动控制中的应用进行了总结。然后利用形状记忆合金的超弹性性能设计了四种形状记忆合金-橡胶支座,并建立了相应的理论模型,初步提出了形状记忆合金-橡胶支座的设计方法。为论证支座的可行性,对新型形状记忆合金-橡胶支座进行了多工况的伪动力性能试验。通过试验结果分析了竖向荷载、支座位移和加载频率对支座性能参数的影响,并与理论分析结果对比,验证了理论模型的正确性。在试验基础上,编制相应程序对由形状记忆合金-橡胶支座与质量块组成的单自由度隔震系统的动力响应进行分析,讨论了形状记忆合金-橡胶支座的隔震性能。同时对一安装有形状记忆合金-橡胶支座的双层柱面网壳结构试验模型进行了仿真分析。最后,将本文设计的形状记忆合金-橡胶支座应用于单层球面网壳结构,探讨了其在大跨空间结构中的减振控制理论与方法,对其控制效果进行了分析。

【Abstract】 This thesis presents a design and study of a new type of SMA-Rubber Bearingand its application for vibration control of Lattice Shell. First, the state-of-the-artresearches of vibration control technologies in long-span spatial structures as well asan overview of SMA applications in structural vibration control are summarized. Then,four types of SMA-rubber Bearing are proposed and designed utilizing superelasticityof SMA materials, the corresponding theoretical models are developed and designmethods are given. In order to demonstrate the SMA-rubber Bearing’s feasibility andget full understanding of working performance of the SMA-rubber Bearing,a detailedexperimental investigation is carried out from which the effects of vertical loads,strain levels, as well as frequencies are discussed. The theoretical model is verified bythe experiment. Based on the results of the experiment, dynamic responses of asingle-degree of freedom system with SMA-rubber Bearing are analyzed,and theseismic isolation performances of the bearing are discussed. Finally, Vibration controltheory and methods for Lattice Shell Structures are investigated, and the controleffectiveness are analyzed.
