非金属矿物填料FSMF填充树脂复合材料的增强增韧研究

【摘要】 强度和韧性是复合材料的两个主要力学性能,改善树脂基复合材料的强度和韧性一直是材料科学研究的重要课题。 本文对非金属矿物填料填充树脂复合材料增强增韧的国内外研究现状进行了较全面的评述;在理论和实验的基础上,研究了FSMF填充树脂复合材料增强增韧机理;进行了FSMF填充树脂浇铸体的有关力学性能测试,获得了FSMF填充树脂浇铸体的有关力学性能与FSMF含量的关系;利用解析法和CMM法,估算了FSMF粉体的弹性模量;最后探讨了FSMF在玻璃钢夹砂管道中的应用。 取得了如下成果: (1)研究了FSMF填充树脂复合材料的增强增韧机理。在FSMF填充树脂复合材料中,载荷是由FSMF颗粒和树脂基体共同承担的,FSMF颗粒以机械约束方式限制树脂基体变形,从而产生强化;FSMF颗粒可以引发银纹和剪切带等损伤消耗应变能,并通过钝化和钉扎机制阻碍裂纹的扩展,从而产生增韧。同时得出FSMF颗粒与树脂基体界面上的粘结性能、FSMF颗粒的大小和FSMF颗粒的形状等是影响FSMF填充树脂复合材料增强增韧的重要因素。要获得好的增强增韧效果,填料颗粒与树脂基体界面上应有好的粘结性能;颗粒粒径应小且填料粉体中粒状、片状和纤维状的组分应适当。 (2)进行了FSMF填充树脂浇铸体的拉伸、弯曲和冲击韧性实验。结果表明:FSMF显著提高树脂浇铸体的弯曲模量,但降低拉伸强度;在合适的填料含量(本实验中为≤30%)下,FSMF可提高树脂浇铸体的拉抻模量和弯曲强度;在合适的填料含量(本实验中为20%~30%)下,FSMF可起到增韧效果,改善树脂浇铸体的断裂韧性。所以在适当的应用场合,选择合适的掺加量,填料FSMF可起到较好的增强增韧作用。武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 (3)估算了FsMF粉体的弹性模量。利用解析法和CMM法分别估算了FSMF粉体的弹性模量,为评价和应用该矿物复合填料提供了有价值的参考依据。 (4)探讨了FSMF在玻璃钢夹砂管道中的应用.提出了应用设想并进行了实验研究,结果表明:在树脂中加入30%的FSMF,可提高夹砂层的弯曲强度、弯曲模量、刚度和韧性;在树脂中加入25吠尸30%的FSMF,可提高缠绕层的轴向拉伸强度、刚度、硬度和耐磨性,降低成本。所以在玻璃钢夹砂管道的缠绕层和夹砂层中加入适量的矿物复合填料FSMF,可以改善玻璃钢夹砂管的力学性能,同时降低成本。

【Abstract】 Strength and toughness are two main mechanics properties to the composite materials. Improve the strength and toughness of the resin matrix composite materials is always the important subject of material sciences research.A full-scale review of the nonmetal mineral filler to improve the strength and toughness of the resin matrix materials in the domestic and overseas is presented. Based on the theory and experiment, the mechanism of the FSMF filler to build up the strength and toughness in the resin matrix composite materials is studied; The relation of the mechanical property of the resin cast and the content of the FSMF is obtained; The elasticity modulus of the FSMF powder is estimated by analysis method and CMM method; In the end, FSMF used in RPMP is discussed.Follow results are obtained.(1) The mechanism of the FSMF filler to build up the strength and toughness in the resin matrix composite materials is studied.In the resin matrix composite materials filled with FSMF, the load is undertaken by the grain of FSMF and the resin matrix. The grain of FSMF restricts the deformation of the resin matrix, so the strength is improved. Furthermore, the grain of FSMF can consume the energy of strain and controls the crack expand, so build up toughness.The factors which effect the FSMF filler to build up strength and toughness in the resin matrix composite materials include the size and the shape of FSMF grain the glue performance on the Interface of resin matrix and the grain of FSMF. In order to obtain well effect on the improve the strength and toughness, the interface on the grain and theresin matrix should have a good glue performance; the diameter of the grain should be small and the shape component of grain patch and fiber should be suitability.(2)The tensile, bend and impact ductility experiment of the resin cast with FSMF filler are employed.The results show that FSMF can improve the bend modulus of the resin cast clearly, but reduce the tensile strength. In the suitable content of filler (not more than 30% in this experiment), FSMF can improve the tensile modulus and bend strength. In the suitable content of filler (20%~30% in this experiment), FSMF can improve the toughness of the resin cast. So in the suitable situation and use a suitable content, FSMF filler have a good effect to improve the strength and toughness.(3)The elasticity modulus of the FSMF powder is estimated. The analysis method and CMM method are used to estimate the elasticity modulus of the FSMF powder. That offers a valuable reference to evaluate and apply the mineral composite filler.(4) The FSMF used in RPMP is discussed. The results of the experiment are as follows: The bend strength, bend modulus, stiffness and toughness of the mortar layer will be improved when add 30% FSMF to resin. The axis tensile strength, stiffness, hardness and weariessness of winding layer will be improved when add 25%~30% FSMF to resin. So added the FSMF to mortar layer and winding layer of the RPMP will improve the mechanical property and lower the cost.
