建设工程施工项目管理研究

【摘要】 随着国家经济建设的高速发展,建筑施工企业面临着良好的发展机遇,然而受多年的计划经济体制的影响,沿用过去老的施工管理模式已不能满足当前形势的需要,建筑施工企业对工程建设施工项目的管理亟待加强,对工程建设施工项目管理的研究势在必行。 本文通过对工程建设施工项目准备期、施工过程及竣工期的管理进行研究,系统地阐述了工程建设施工项目全过程的管理。明确了项目经理在工程建设施工项目管理中的核心地位,以及项目管理组织机构建立的重要性。研究了施工准备期的几项重要工作、提出了施工过程管理中工期、质量、成本控制和安全管理的相互关系,并对这几个方面的管理工作进行了全面的剖析,同时对有关的问题进行了深刻的反思。对施工项目管理而言,提高施工进度、缩短工期的关键在于资源的合理配置和利用;影响工程质量的因素很多,关键在于对施工过程中质量控制点的管理;节约成本的最有效途径是提高工作效率;而安全管理实际上就是作为管理者,对工作、对人的态度问题。项目竣工期的管理工作主要是项目对业主的交接、验收与保修和回访等工作。 尽管每一个工程建设施工项目都有自己的特点,但其管理过程和主要的管理环节是相似的,只要我们把施工项目当作一个整体加以系统管理,就有可能取得良好的管理效果。

【Abstract】 With the high-speed development of national economic construction, the enterprise in charge of construction faces the good opportunity for development, Affected by’the planned economic system for many years, it can not meet the demands of situation that continue to use old construction management mode, Enterprise in charge of construction control over project under construction of engineering urgently to strengthen, The study is imperative on construction project management of engineering.This text through the study of management at preparatory stages of project under construction to engineering, construct course and the time of completion, Have systematically explained the management of the whole course of project under construction of engineering. Define the center role of the project manager in the project management of engineering, and the importance that the organization of project management set up. Study several important jobs at the preparatory stages of construction, put forward the mutual relation on time limit for a project, quality, cost control and carry on overall analysis to these, go on deep introspection to relevant questions at the same time. As to project management of construction, the key to improve construction speed and shorten time limit for a project lie in rational disposition and utilize of resource; Factor influencing project quality a lot of, the key lie in the management of quality control point to construct course; the most effective way of reduce expenses is raise working efficiency; safety management as administrator is the attitude toward work and people in fact. The main management work at the time of completion in project is handing over, acceptance check, guarantee and return visit etc.Though every project of construction have his own characteristic, it is similar on management process and main management link, So long as we regard project under construction as a whole to manage systematically, we may make the good management result.
