微机控制纤维缠绕机及辅助设备网络监控系统的研究

【摘要】 在复合材料的成型工艺中,纤维缠绕成型工艺由于具有产品强度高(拉伸强度/密度)、可整体成型及能更好的发挥纤维高强度特性等特点,得到了广泛的应用。而作为其缠绕设备,随着纤维缠绕技术的发展也在不断完善,但近年来计算机技术、通信技术、网络技术高速发展,企业信息化程度的不断提高,各个设备及各个工序之间数据量交换的不断增大,传统的将这些纤维缠绕设备作为独立单元的生成模式,已越来越不适应于纤维缠绕工业的自动化进程了。因此,将纤维缠绕设备网络化,通过网络环境对这些设备进行集中管理、实时监控,已成为缠绕制造领域内的一个重要发展方向。 本课题以武汉理工大学复合材料缠绕装备研究所研制开发的缠绕装备为监控对象,在提出了网络监控系统总体结构的基础上,对这些设备实现了网络互联、集中控制,视频监控以及数据交换,并设计开发了相应的监控软件,从而建立了一个现场设备级的网络监控中心,其主要研究内容有: (1)监控网络的构建。主干网络采用工业以太网结构,将以纤维缠绕机为主的缠绕装备组建成一个小型的监控网络,并实现与上层网络(企业局域网或Internet)的互联。 (2)现场设备的集中监控。采用标准的RS-232(485)现场通讯标准、TCP/IP协议,客户机/服务器模式以及自定义的上层通讯协议及数据格式,对纤维缠绕机及辅助设备实现本地或远程的网络监控,以及设备与设备之间、设备与上层网络之间的数据交换。 (3)视频监控的网络实现。采用Microsoft公司的DirectShow技术,UDP协议,Mpeg的编码格式以及流媒体技术实现网络视频实时监控。 (4)监控软件的编制。采用Microsoft公司的Visual C++6.0程序语言,基于面向对象的编程思想,开发出具有良好交互性界面、客户机/服务器模式下的、具有本地和远程监控功能的监控软件。

【Abstract】 In the field of forming processes for composite materials, filament winding forming process is widely used because of its good performance. With the development of filament winding technology, the equipment for filament winding forming processes are also improved continually. The computer, communication and network technology, which are under rapidly developing, are adopted more and more by enterprises. This results in the fact that the traditional manufacturing methods, which take the equipment as separate production units, can not follow up the automatization trend of filament winding manufacture. So it is one of the important direction in the field of filament winding manufacture to monitor and control equipments using network technology.In this paper, we take several filament winding equipment as the monitoring control objects, which are developed by Institute of Filament Winding Composites Equipment of Wuhan University of Technology. After providing the collective structure of network monitoring control system, some related technology is explored and researched. The main tasks undertaken in the papers are as follows:(1) Construct of monitoring control network. Using the industrial Ethernet technology, we connect many filament winding machines and auxiliary equipments into a small monitoring control network, which can also be connected with enterprise network or Internet.(2)Implement of monitor and control for field equipment. RS-232(485) serial communication criterion TCP/IP protocoK Client/Server mode and customed upper communication protocol are applied to this system to implement local or remote monitoring control for the filament winding equipment and data exchange between equipment and upper network.(3) Implement of video monitor based on network.Microsoft DirectShow technology , UDP protocoK Mpeg media format and stream media technology are introduced to implement the real time video monitor based on network for the field equipment.(4) Development of monitoring control software. Based on object oriented thoughts, the application software is developed using Microsoft Visual C++6.0 development kit, and is featured with good interactive interface, C/S mode, and local or remote monitoring control functions.
