污水管网优化设计研究

【摘要】 水是人们日常生活中不可缺少的物质之一。水经人们生活使用后成为生活污水,水经工业企业使用后成为工业废水。污水管网的基本任务就是及时、安全、通畅地收集、输送污水到污水处理设施。 污水管网优化设计是工程优化中的一种。污水管网优化设计包括两个方面的内容:一是管线平面布置的优化选择;其方法有:决策图法,简约梯度法,优化树法等。二是在管线平面布置已定情况下进行管道参数的优化;其方法有:线性规划法,非线性规划法,动态优化法,遗传算法,直接优化法等。本文主要研究第二方面。 鉴于污水管网约束条件较多,而且地形有时千变万化,直接优化法具有直接、直观和容易验证的特点,所以本文采用直接优化法。两相优化法是直接优化法的一种,它的核心主要是从两个方面来对污水管网进行优化设计,即在满足污水管网各种约束条件的前提下,一是选择尽可能小的流速,二是选择尽可能大的充满度。本文运用这一优化思想,利用Visual basic语言,编制优化设计程序,并在优化设计程序中采用人机对话,对污水管网进行优化设计。 污水管网优化设计也包括管道在检查井内连接时的优化,本文也做了详尽阐述。 排水管网费用函数是排水管网优化设计中的一个重要课题。本文通过对排水管网费用函数各主要影响因素的分析,推求出新的排水管网费用函数形式,并利用SPSS统计软件对各个排水管网费用函数进行了回归分析,证实新的排水管网费用函数与其它排水管网费用函数相比较为较优函数。

【Abstract】 Water is the essential substance of our daily life. It turns to be living sewage after being used by people, and becomes as waste water after being used by industry and enterprise. The basic task of sewage pipe net is to ingather and transport waste water to sewage managing equipment in due course, security and without any block.The optimization of sewage pipe networks is one of the engineering optimization. It includes two aspects in content: one is the best choice for plane disposal of pipeline, and its methods follows as decision-making plot, simple trapeziform and optimizing trunkform etc; the other one is optimizing pipe parameter when the plane disposal of pipeline has been fixed, and the methods of which are linear programming, unlinear programming, dynamic optimizing, direct optimizing, hereditary arithmetic and so on. This thesis will mainly study the second aspect.The essay adopts direct optimization since various limits on sewage pipe net, occasional change on topography, and direct, easy-looking, and effortless examing characteristic on direct optimization,.Dual optimization is one of the direct and it mainly focuses on optimizing sewage pipe net from two aspects, namely to choose velocity of flow as slow as possible and speed of filling as fast as possible with the precondition of meeting various limits on sewage pipe net. By adapting the optimization thought and using Visual Basic language to workout a thorough designing program, the thesis designs the sewage pipe net perfectly by using man-machine conversation during designing program.The thesis also makes a full illustration on the optimization of sewage pipe net which consists of the optimization on pipe connection in examing well.An important task of drainage networks optimizing is the expense of drainage networks. Through analyzing main factors on the parameter of drainage networks expanse, this thesis ascertains a new parameter form ofdrainage networks expense and regressively analyses each parameter of drainage networks expanse by statistical software SPSS, approving that the new drainage networks expanse is a better parameter compared with other parameters of drainpipe net expense.
