智能灌溉监控系统的设计与应用研究

【摘要】 本文对智能监控技术在灌溉系统上的应用进行了研究,设计了一个由嵌入式测控终端和中央监控计算机组成的灌溉监控网络系统。系统引进了最新的计算机、电子、网络和通信等相关领域的最新成果,通过对土壤湿度、电导率、酸碱度及空气温湿度等信号的采集,实现全自动灌溉。由中央监控计算机通过总线控制各个测控终端,并且由内置的给水和给肥专家系统及通过Internet获取的天气信息进行节水灌溉预报。 现代产业正在向大型、连续、综合化发展,形成了复杂的生产过程,而产品则出现越来越智能、宜用、小型化的特点。对于这些生产过程和产品的设计,面临着一系列用传统方法不能解决的新问题,比如不确定性广泛存在;信息形式多样化,信息量庞大;系统功能要求越来越高。为了解决这些新问题,必须研究新型的系统结构,建立新的理论和方法,这就从工程实践方面导致了智能监测控制系统的产生,出现从常规的监控系统向智能监测控制系统发展。本文对其在灌溉系统上的应用研究进行了以下工作: 首先对各种灌溉系统进行了比较,探讨了灌溉系统的智能实现,包括:网络监控、无线传输(短消息监控)和人工智能。然后进行了嵌入式测控终端的软硬件设计,包括:数据采集、土壤湿度的测量、输入输出接口及总线设计等等。最后探讨了中央监控计算机上的智能实现,包括:基于Prolog的专家系统构建、基于RS-485的总线通信方案、通过HTTP协议自动获取天气预报及监控管理软件的设计等。

【Abstract】 The design and study of intelligent irrigation monitoring and control system is stated in this dissertation. The network monitoring irrigation system consists of some embedded terminal units and a central monitoring computer. It relates to some new technologies, such as computer technology, electronic engineering, network and telecommunication. With the watermark sensor, pH/EC sensor, and relative humidity sensor etc., the supply of the exact amount of water and fertilizer is realized. The central monitoring computer controls the terminal units through field bus. Built-in expert system for irrigation and the weather information received through Internet will help the forecast of irrigation.Modern industry becomes more and more larger, successive and complicated, and the process is complicated too. On the other hand, the products get more and more intelligent, easy to use and smaller. Then some new problems come out, such as uncertainty, diversity of information types, mass information and multi -functions. To solve those new problems, new pattern architecture, new theories and methods have to be studied. This promotes the development of intelligent monitoring and control system. The work listed below is accomplished in this paper:First, intelligent realization on irrigation is discussed, including network monitoring, wireless communication (SMS) and artificial intelligence. Then the embedded software and circuit design of terminal unit is described, including data collection, watermark sensor, interface design. Finally, the intelligence on the central computer is realized. It includes expert system based on Prolog, field bus based on RS-485, downloading the weather report through HTTP protocol and monitoring and control management software design.
