光纤传感安全监测系统

【摘要】 油品储油罐是石化、储运等部门广泛用于储存易燃、易爆油料的重要设备,具有极高的安全要求,而储油罐的主要参数——储油液位的检测一直是个技术难关。 本文针对储油液位的检测现状,提出利用光纤传感器的特点研制光纤液位计,取代手工检测的方法,辅以光纤液位高位报警器,光纤温度传感器,并应用网络技术构建光纤传感安全监测系统,实现石油罐区的智能监测,从而避免或减少事故的发生,降低风险,为大中型油库的安全生产管理提供可靠的保障。 本文首先对安全监测系统中的核心硬件——光纤液位计的工作原理及特点进行了介绍。光纤液位计本质上是一种光纤液位传感器,它充分利用了光纤传感器的原理,使检测现场无电信号,完全做到罐区无电检测,使光纤传感安全监测系统本质安全防爆。 文中以Microsoft Windows NT4.0为操作系统;以Microsoft Excel2000为数据管理系统,来进行数据交换,以及实现报表功能;以Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0为数据链接系统,来实现光纤液位计与工控机的RS-232的通讯;以通用监控系统MCGS为系统组态软件,来实现监控画面组态功能。这四个部分一起构成光纤传感安全监测系统的软件平台。 在组网方面,以星型结构为网络拓扑结构,以广泛使用的TCP/IP作为网络协议,以超5类非屏蔽双绞线和光缆作为网络传输介质,采用以太网技术作为局域网组网方案。 在本系统的软件部分,详细讨论了动态连接库,动态连接库与静态连接库,动态连接库与应用程序的关系,以及动态连接库的建立和调用等内容;接着探讨了利用组态软件MCGS来开发设备驱动程序,介绍了先利用开发向导生成框架,然后通过样例程序移植来快速开发设备驱动程序的方法。 文中最后介绍了光纤传感安全监测系统的功能,展示了系统的运行效果;并对全文进行了总结,对下一步的工作进行了展望。
【Abstract】 The oil tank which store oil product is the important equipment that is widely used in the Sinopec, preservation, transportation and so on to store the flammable and explosive oil material , which need the exceedingly high secure demand , but the examination of the main parameter of the oil tank -- oil storage fluid is always a technique difficulty.Aimed at the present status of detecting oil storage fluid, the article advances a method which utilizes the dramatic feature of optical fiber sensor to develop the optical fiber liquid height meter , and to substitute the manual examination means , and supplements the optical fiber liquid overhead alarm equipment , the optical fiber grating temperature sensor , and uses the network technique to build the optical fiber sensing safety supervisory system to realize the intelligent examination of Oil-tank Area , thereby avoids or decreases occurrence and the risk of accident , and supplies the reliable guarantee for the big-and-middle-sized tank farm safe production.Firstly the work principle and distinguishing feature of the kernel hardware - optical fiber liquid height meter are introduced in the safety supervision system. In nature, the optical fiber liquid height meter is one kind of the optical fiber fluid sensor, and it sufficiently utilizes the principle of the optical fiber sensor, making the examination field no signal of electricity, attaining completely an area no electricity examine, and making the safety supervision system essentially secure explosion proof.In this paper we take Microsoft Windows NT4. 0 as operating system, take Microsoft Excel2000 as the data administration system to realize data exchange and the report function; take Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as the data link system to realize the communication of the optical fiber liquid height meter with the RS-232 of the work controlling machine; take generalsupervision system MCGS as systematic configuration software to realize the configuration function of supervision appearance. These four sections constitute the software terrace of the optical fiber sensing safety supervisory system.In the aspect of building network, we take the star topology as the network topology-structure, take TCP/IP widely used as the network protocol, take the super 5 types no shields twisted pair and glass fibers as the network transmission media, and adopt the Ethernet technology as the LAN building network scheme.In the aspect of the systematic software section, we discuss the dynamic link library in detail, the relationships between dynamic link library and static state link library, dynamic link library and application program, and the establishment and call of dynamic link library.Then we discuss how to develop the equipment driver using the configuration software MCGS, and introduce a method to develop the equipment driver quickly, this is, firstly to utilize the develop wizard to form the frame, afterwards to transplant by means of the sample program.In the paper, we finally introduce the function of the fiber optic sensing safety supervisory system, display the operation effect of the system; moreover, we sum up the full text and put forward the outlook of the work of the next step.
