深圳市民中心屋顶网架结构的可视化

【摘要】 本课题来源于深圳市民中心屋顶网架结构健康智能监测系统项目。本文的主要内容是研究如何创建多媒体视景环境、大型屋架结构受力分析的有限元结果数据可视化的相关算法以及可扩展接口技术。 1.结构受力分析框架 结构仿真分析须有有关材料的本构关系,有效的数值方法以及丰富的图形显示软件及多媒体视景系统。前两者所产生的数据和第三个条件中的相关技术结合在一起便构成了一个较为完整的结构受力计算机模拟的框架。 2.多媒体视景创建中的关键技术 多媒体视景环境是计算机以交互方式来处理文本、图形、图像和声音等多媒体信息,在各种信息之间建立逻辑连接,并将其集成的一套完整的多媒体环境。 3.结构受力结果可视化算法研究 结构受力结果数据的后处理是指运用科学计算可视化技术将有限元分析软件或模型试验得到的结果数据可视化。在对这些数据的可视化表现可以分为结构变形图,结构受力动画模拟,三维图像,等值线,云图等。 4.数据接口技术研究 COM是一种二进制级别的代码重用技术,具有语言无关性,可重用性,继承性和透明性等特点。使得COM可以方便地解决有限元分析软件或模型试验产生的数据没有统一格式以及软件升级带来的数据格式变化的问题。 DXF和3DS是两种著名建模软件的文件模式,分析这两种文件格式并实现处理接口可以与这两种软件进行交互并方便系统中构建复杂几何形体。 5.系统的设计与实现 在OpenGL下,采用面向对象的设计方法并结合数据库技术将用户所需数据在前台以可视化的形式提供给用户。数据库在后台存储网架结点和杆件的报警信息。

【Abstract】 This subject comes from the project of the large roof net construction of Shenzhen civil centre monitoring system. The main content of this paper includes correlative technologies to build multimedia environment, some algorithms to visualize the result data of finite element analysis of large roof net and extensible interface technology.1. Framework of structure stress analysisStructure simulation analysis consists of three necessary conditions that are constitutive relation of material, proper numerical method and rich graph display software and multimedia environment. The combination of the correlative technologies of the third condition and the result data produced by the other tow conditions composes the basic framework of structure stress simulation.2. Key technologies of building multimedia environmentIn multimedia environment, users can interactive handle various multimedia information which includes text, graphics, image and sound etc. Multimedia environment integrates multimedia information and builds logic link between them.To build multimedia environment, OpenGL technology, DirectSound technology and creating and playing AVI video technology are analyzed in detail in this paper.3. Visual algorithm research of structure stress result dataThe post-processing of structure stress result data means to visualize the result data of finite element analysis software and model test with scientific visualization technology. The visual display of the result data includes structural deforming graph, animation simulation, three dimension image, contour, isosurface and cloud map etc.In this paper, a volume rendering algorithms is discussed. The algorithms how to create structural deforming graph, animation simulation and contour arealso introduced.4. Data interface technology researchCOM is programming language-independent, inheritable and transparent for process and can be reused in binary level. By using COM, the problem that the output of finite element analysis software and model experiment has no coherent file format is solved. When correlative software is upgraded of the output file formats are changed, the output file still can be used just by upgrading COM interface.Several file formats include DXF and 3DS are analyzed and programmed COM interfaces.5.The design and realization of systemThe system designed by using object-oriented design method and Data base technology in OpenGL environment, and then the user can read their needing data in visualization form at front, and all danger information and data of nodes and bars of large roof net keeps in the backstage database.
