自动打孔装订机的可靠性设计

【摘要】 随着金融业的不断发展和办公自动化要求的不断提高以及人们健康环保意识的不断增强,人们对环保型的自动打孔装订设备的需求不断增大,正是基于这种需求,自动打孔装订机被设计出来,并已开始生产和应用,但是它存在一系列的缺陷,经分析其根源在于可靠性偏低,所以改善该设备性能的关键是对其进行更加科学的可靠性设计。本文的可靠性研究主要分为两大部分:第一部分是对自动打孔装订机进行模糊故障树分析,通过对模糊数学理论和故障树方法的交叉研究,推导出模糊故障树方法和相应的数学模型;运用模糊距离重要度的概念,导出了相应的计算方法;并运用这种方法对自动打孔装订机进行了深入地分析。第二部分是对自动打孔装订机进行可靠性设计,首先进行可靠性的分配,将模块化思想应用于可靠性分配,用工艺模块的概念,推导出计算系统和零件复杂度的方法,作为可靠性分配的参考条件。应用上述方法对自动打孔装订机进行可靠性分配,再以分配结果为基础,进行零件的可靠性设计,得到了关键零件的基本尺寸,最后生产加工出样机,经检验各项指标均符合设计要求。在本课题的研究和论文的撰写过程中,参考了大量文献,对于十分有价值的观点和知识点也在文中给予了简要的归纳,使文章表意更加具体和明确。值得一提的是本文是针对存在的问题而进行的研究,属于面向应用的理论研究,具有理论和实践的双重意义。

【Abstract】 With the development of the finance trade, the OA (the Office Automation) and the environment protection consciousness of the people, more and more people want an auto stiletto and binding equipment without air pollution. Just based on that demand, the auto stiletto and binding machine was designed and produced , but it shows a lot of defects. And the analysis indicated that the essential cause is the low reliability, so the key to improve the performance of the equipment is to improve its reliability.The research of the reliability is devicded into two parts. The first one is the Fuzzy Fault Tree analysis to the auto stiletto and binding machine. In this part the Fuzzy Mathematics theory and Fault Tree method are studied and the method of the Fuzzy Fault Tree and its math expressions are deduced. The conception of Fuzzy Distance Essentiality is defined and its calculational method is deduced, too. And this method is used to analyze the auto stiletto and binding machine.The second part is about the reliability design of the auto stiletto and binding machine. The first step is the reliability distribution. In this step, the blocking idea is applied to reliability distribution, a new conception --Technics Block-- is defined and a method that can calculate the complexity of systems and parts is deduced and used to distribute the reliability of the auto stiletto and binding machine. The second step is designing the dimensions and configurations according to the results above. And the last step is machining the parts and assembling the sample machine. And the test for the sample machine showed all the performances are up to the requirements.During the process of researching and compossing the paper, I consulted a great deal of literatures and briefly sum up some valuable knowledge. This paper is about some research aiming at the problem from practice, so it has the double values of theory and practice.
