【摘要】 采购管理是连锁超市所有管理中最为重要的环节，也是经营的源头且贯穿经营全过程，更是连锁经营的核心环节。采购管理的好与坏不仅关系到连锁超市运营成本能否降低，而且还直接关系到连锁超市的盈利情况，最终关系到企业的核心竞争力。本论文的主要内容是借鉴国外连锁超市采购管理先进的经验，结合我国具体国情，并对连锁超市采购管理的基本理论进行梳理，针对连锁超市采购管理运营的现状，设计出适合连锁超市采购运作的管理模式。本文以国内外连锁超市采购管理的现状为切入点，借鉴发达国家连锁超市先进的采购管理经验，从连锁超市采购管理模式、组织架构、品类管理、绩效考核、计划管理以及对供应商的评价与选择等几方面对连锁超市的采购管理进行论述，并结合连锁超市工作实际，对连锁超市采购管理进行深入系统的分析和研究，可以说这篇论文对提高连锁超市的采购管理水平，降低采购成本，调动采购职员的积极性和创造性，增加连锁超市的效益具有较高的实用价值和现实指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purchasing management is not only the most important link in the chain store management, but also the start of prosecution and run through the whole process of purchasing, even is the core section of chain management. Well or not do purchasing management will not only relate the running cost of the chain store can decrease or not, but also directly relate the payoff statue of the chain store，at last impact the core competition power. Referring the foreign advance experience regarding the purchasing management of chain store, combining the concrete character of China, and trimming the basic principles of purchasing management of the chain store, the paper designs the purchasing management pattern suiting to the purchasing of the chain store pointing to the statue of the purchasing management of the chain store.With the status of the home and abroad purchasing management of the chain store as the entry, referring the foreign advance experience regarding the purchasing management of chain store, the paper discusses the purchasing management of the chain store from those factors such as purchasing management pattern、organization structure、category management、performance assessment、plan management and the suppliers evaluation, also combining the practical experience of chain store, carries out the deep and systemic analysis and research on the purchasing management of the chain store. It can be said that this paper has a higher practical value and reference significance to raising the level of the purchasing management, decreasing the purchasing cost, blazing the staff’s enthusiasm and ingenuity and increasing the benefits of the chain stores.更多还原
