【摘要】 农业高等教育在湖北农业和农村经济发展中占有重要的地位，是湖北教育体系建设中的重点课题。本文采用文献研究、对比分析和调查座谈等研究方法，从分析湖北农学院的现状入手，重点分析了湖北农学院的办学条件、办学指导思想、招生与就业、科研与开发、师资队伍建设、学科专业建设、教学工作等方面取得的成绩和经验，同时也对其存在的问题和不足进行了深入的剖析。在此基础上，本文就如何加快地方农业高等教育提出了几点建议：一是地方农业高校要主动适应区域经济发展，调整发展战略；二是地方农业高校的科研要转变服务方向，为地方经济发展服务；三是加快农业高校内部管理体制的改革与创新；四是主动适应市场经济的要求，改革高等农业教育教学体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural higher education plays an important role in agriculture and agricultural economic development in Hubei, it is also a key project in Hubei educational system. By using such diverse means as literature research, comparative analysis and investigation, and beginning with analyzing the current situation of Hubei Agricultural College, this paper not only mainly analyses the achievements in many fields such as the guiding ideology, the teachers’ training, the scientific research, the teaching and so on, but also deeply dissects the current problems in those fields. Based on the above, the paper presents some strategies on how to speed up local agricultural higher education as follows:Firstly, local agricultural colleges must adjust themselves to the local economic development.Secondly, the scientific research in local agricultural colleges must serve for the local economic development.Thirdly, the administration in local agricultural colleges must be improved and reformed rapidly.Fourthly, the teaching programmers in local agricultural colleges must be rearranged to meet the need of current economic development.更多还原
