【摘要】 生物医药将是本世纪最具有发展潜力和国际竞争最激烈的高技术产业之一。本文在对国内外生物医药的市场状况、生产状况和国内外生物医药产业发展与未来趋势进行系统分析和认真总结的基础上，通过对十堰地区生物医药产业发展状况的深入调查和该地区四家制药企业的个案研究，结合十堰地区和本人工作实际，论证出了十堰地区生物医药产业化发展的可行性，提出了具有一定价值的产业化发展的建设性意见和建议，为十堰地区生物医药产业化发展提供理论与实际指导。 文章认为，十堰地区拥有丰富的医药资源，雄厚的科研开发实力，以及完善的制药工业体系和中药材规范化种植基地，因此，在十堰地区进行生物医药产业化发展非常可行，它不仅有利于地方经济的发展，更有利于农村经济的发展和农民收入的提高。通过研究，本人对十堰地区生物医药产业化发展提出了包括更新观念、创新体制、营造环境、培植龙头、建设基地、开发资源、注重研发、铸造品牌和拓展市场等九点思路，符合该地区实际。一个产业的培植与繁荣，必须依靠龙头企业或企业集团的带动，靠一批骨干企业一批知名品牌、产品作支撑，才能促进该产业可持续发展。作者提出的明确一个目标(打造医药航母，建设武当药港)，推进两个百万工程(种植100万亩中药材，带动100万农民致富与小康)，整合三大资源(中药材、资本与人力资源)，分类培植激素类药物、中成药与生物医药类、兽医药类和医疗器械与药品包装类四个龙头企业的发展思路，切合该地区实际；作者提出的公司加基地加农户加依托单位的中药材种植模式，按企业机制运行，符合企业和农民利益，切实可行。 通过近几年的实践证明，该研究符合生物医药产业发展要求，具有较强的可操作性，取得了可喜的实践成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bio-medicine will be one of high-tech industries during this century, which is the most potential in development and the wannest competitive internationally. Before writing , author analyzes and summaries the situation of market and production of bio-medicine in and abroad , also the situation of industrial development and trend , systematically and seriously. On the basis of the work , author investigates the development of bio-medicine industry deeply in ShiYan, combines native situation with author’s own experiences ,take suggestion for bio-medicine industrialization in ShiYan and providestheoretical and practical guidance for the development of bio-medicine industrialization in ShiYan.The article holds that ShiYan area is in possession of rich Chinese medicine resource , abundant scientific research and exploitation power ,as well as perfect system of pharmacy and standardized planting base of ,so it’s very feasible to develop bio-medicine industry in ShiYan area. It’s in favor of not only the native economic development, but the rural economic development and the improvement of peasant income . by research ,author puts forwards nine approaches for the development of bio-medicine industrialization in ShiYan area, including: to update mind , to innovate system ,to build positive social environment , to foster dragon-head enterprises , to build planting base of Chinese medicine, to exploit medicine resources, to pay attention to research and exploitation , to develop good brands, to extend market. And it is fit for the practice of Shiyan area. By put the design into practice , it proved that the design could meet the demand of development of bio-medicine industrialization , It is very operable and has made a practical achievements. The implantation of a property and prosper, must depend on a well-known brand and production, big enterprise , group leader business enterprise or business enterprise group to develop, The author bring up of clear and definite a target( building the medicine flattop, making Wudang a medicine harbor) , push forward two development way of million-project( plant a million mu Chinese herbal medicine , arouse 100 ten thousand farmers amass a fortune with the middle-class family), integrating three greatest resources( Chinese herbal medicine , capital and human resource), classification raising the hormone medicine, inside the patent medicine and bio-medicine, vet’s medicine with medical treatment apparatus and drugs packing a four group leader business enterpriseses, and it is fit for the practice; the author bring forward that the framework of Chinese herbal medicine by company add households ,going by business enterprise mechanism to circulate, and accord with the business enterprise and the farmer benefits, it carry on actually.It is proved by the practice these years, the research accord with the development of bio-medicine industry, t is maneuverability, it has get abundant production.更多还原
