越野汽车差速锁止机构自动控制系统道路试验方法与研究

【摘要】 本文研究了越野汽车差速锁止机构自动控制系统的道路试验方法,主要包括试验方法研究、试验道路的设计和构建,试验大纲的编写等内容。 依据本文编写的道路试验方法,选配了合适的测试系统和仪器。进行了越野汽车差速锁止机构自动控制系统作用前后两种状态汽车行驶及通过性能的道路对比试验,验证了试验方法的可行性,和所构建试验道路的有效性。 试验数据分析表明,差速锁止机构自动控制系统道路试验大纲合理,可操作性强,为该检测项目的国家标准的制定奠定了基础,也为差速锁的性能研究提供了道路试验方法。

【Abstract】 A new test method about the auto control system of the off-road vehicle’s difference velocity lock organ was introduced in this paper. It includes the research of the test method, the design and construct of the road used in the experiment, the writing of the experiment outline and etc.A well measuring and testing system included some instruments was selected according to the test method introduced in this paper. Through the comparing test on the running and passing capability of the vehicles with and without the action of the auto control system of the off-road vehicle’s difference velocity lock organ, the feasibility of the method and the validity of the road were validated.The analysis of the experimental data indicated that the experimental outline of the system mentioned above was reasonable and had higher maneuverability This outline not only offered basic information to the establishment of the standard about this checking item, but also provided a test method for the research of the difference velocity lock’s capability.
