【摘要】 本文从探讨商品条码和编码组织的经济性质及其在国民经济发展中的作用开始，分析了企业对厂商代码需求的变动规律、条码使用中的网络效应的作用方式、结果以及编码组织的供给行为、供给效率。在此基础上，考察了厂商代码供给的发展历程，并用制度经济学的理论对厂商条码的制度变迁进行了说明：市场虽然存在对这一制度的需求，却缺少自发供给的动力。以公共品供给理论和公共部门理论为指导，结合我国编码组织的工作实践，从促进我国商品标识国际化水平的角度提出改进我国商品编码组织供给效率的有效途径，指出将成本分担与年产值关联起来实行以年产值为基础的二部收费法在一定程度上能够解决商品条码系统成员之间搭便车的现象，因而具有帕雷托改进的性质。最后分析了商业模式演变、产业结构和体制环境对我国编码组织的影响。 论文的研究成果对指导我国商品编码组织的工作实践具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Beginning with discussing the economic properties of bar code for commodity and its effects on development of economy, the author analyzed the demand discipline of manufactory code, process mechanism and network effect of barcode usage, in addition, the manufactory code supply by article numbering organization and its efficiency were also revealed.based upon the above analysis, the author made a historical analysis of manufactory code supply, described the institution evolution of the bar code and reached the conclusion that there exists market failure for the bar code-there being no stimulation, based on the practice of Article Numbering Center of China and the view of public goods supply and public department, this thesis put forward some approaches in supply efficiency enhancing of our country’s article numbering organization on the point of promoting internationalization level in goods code in our country. Two-Part tariff on the basis of annual production value is a pareto ameliorate way to solve the free-ride in users of barcode for commodity; the author analysis the influence on our country’s article numbering organization of business pattern evolvement, industry structure and system environmentThis thesis’ conclusion can be used as a reference for the article numbering organization of our country to enhance the practice level in the new period.更多还原
