钾、锌、锰配施对冬小麦产量、品质的影响及推广应用

【摘要】 在生产条件下,应用三因素五水平二次通用旋转回归组合设计,研究了晋南石灰性褐土上,钾、锌、锰配施对冬小麦生育后期根系活力、籽粒养分含量、产量及籽粒加工品质的影响,试验结果如下: 1.钾、锌、锰合理配施可显著增强生育后期根系活力、单因素以钾效果最为显著。 2.钾、锌、锰适量配施能有效增加土壤中速效钾、有效锌、有效锰的含量。 3.钾、锌、锰单施及配施都有增产效果,但三因素合理配施的效果更加明显,经济价值更高。 4.钾、锌、锰合理配施能显著改善冬小麦面粉的加工品质,使面粉的湿、干面筋和沉降值均有所提高。 5.在本试验地力及干旱年份条件下,冬小麦优质、高产、高效的合理施肥量分别为:氯化钾31.14~38.45kg·667m-2,硫酸锌6.02~7.23kg·667m-2,硫酸锰4.82~6.92kg·667m-2。 6.钾、锌、锰配施平衡施肥技术,已经成为山西省政府实施“优质小麦战略”的主要高产优质栽培技术之一。从2001年9月—2003年6月,两年在临汾市共计推广面积达到了249万亩,增收小麦达13801.2万kg,直接经济效益达10311.7万元。

【Abstract】 For studying the effects of combined K-Zn-Mn fertilization on the root activity, yield and quality of winter wheat, the fertih’zation experiment was designed and conducted. The fertih’zation experiment was conducted on calcareous cinnamon soil located in the south of Shanxi province. The experiment method was designed by using the general quadratic rotator regression at three factors and five levels. The experiment results are summed up as follows:1. Suitable combined K-Zn-Mn fertilization significantly increased the root activity; K had the best effect comparing Zn and Mn.2. Suitable combined of K-Zn-Mn fertilization increased the content of available K, Zn and Mn of soil.3. Whether singly fertilizing K, Zn and Mn or combined fertilizing K, Zn and Mn, both of the fertilization methods increased the yield of wheat, but the latter’s effect was better than the former’s.4. Suitable combined K-Zn-Mn application significantly improved the processing characteristic of flour, increased the sediment value and content of wet and dry gluten.5. The optimal quantity of fertilization was: KC1 31.14~38.45kg/667m2, ZnSO4 6.02~7.23kg/667m2, MnSO4 4.82-6.92 kg/667m2 under the experiment condition, which was a drought year.6. The combined K-Zn-Mn fertilization technique had become a leading technique for high quality wheat production in Shanxi province. From the September of 2001 to the June of 2003, this fertilization technique had been extended 166000 ha, increased 138012 ton wheat production and increased income 103117000 Yuan in Linfen region, Shanxi province.
